This is the best grill I've ever had. You pay more for it, but it's more efficient that the cheaper ones. It heats up fast and cooks meat fast. It also has an efficient drip system. My old grill would drip grease all over the patio. Even though I've only had it a couple weeks, I've used it 3 times-steak, sausage, chicken. It cooks so fast I have to be carefull about burning meat. I'm used to much slower cook times. The Weber is a superior product.
Weber is (and has been) the gold standard for outdoor BBQ grills. They are generally well made, with quality materials, well designed and highly functional. My last Weber lasted over 13 years working flawlessly during that time period. I really like the design/appearance of the new Spirit S-315 in stainless steel. Most significantly is now the burners run from front-to-back rather than the previous side-to-side which makes much more sense (functionally) for grilling. I also appreciate now having the propane tank reside inside the cabinet which was never fully utilized in the previous version. It makes so much more sense having the ignition and dials on the front, underneath the grill, rather than on the side panel as in previous versions. A couple of disappointments are the lack of multiple hooks on the side tray for hanging the various grilling tools and the fact that the side shelves are permanently affixed and do not fold down when needed. The caster wheels are too small for moving the grill around on uneven surfaces. Lastly, the control knobs need to have a clearly defined graphic to indicate adjustment.

Good value and a quality grill. The stainless is worth the additional cost. Note that the side shelves on my model don't fold. Had it delivered, and assembly was easy for one person. Picture instructions are simple. Heats quickly, cooks evenly, and cleans easily. Not as sturdy as older Webers. The gas gauge is a scale so the tank hangs from it instead of sitting in the cart. Works well. Satisfied so far.
This grill works really well. Nice heat level and easy to operate. The only improvement would be to make access to pulling out shelf easier when cleaning….it appears you need to remove the door to,do,this.
Grill seems to be performing well. Sturdy and seems to cook a variety of foods well. The only complaint I have concerns the silly product tape that is affixed to the front of the grill. You spend a couple of hours assembling the grill and then the %$#@$% tape on the front is extremely difficult to remove. I get it. It is a Weber but can't you provide a tape that one can easily remove. Seems like a no brainer to me.
This blows my old Dyna Glow (which I never liked) out of the water! I find it much easier to regulate the temperature and I'm not getting the flare-ups that I was with the cheaper grill. I also like that Weber manufactures their grills in the US. I would be nice if you didn't have to lift the door up while opening it, so it does not scrape the bottom or the frame. I also find it's easy to clean with its removable bottom parts.
When I first used the grill and turned all the burners on, I got very hot temperatures. A temp test with all 3 burners on @ low for 10 minutes was 340 degs; med was 450 and high was 580. So a typical BBQ for me is to turn it on @ low and then use the outside burners to get to the desired temp. During my test, I found that the thermometer compared very closely to my large grill surface thermometer. One very nice feature is that the thermometer move very quickly so that I can get to my cooking temp easily.
Awesome. Exceeds my expectations. Easy to use. Heats up fast. Love the tank level gauge
Made the best choice with this grill! Easy to use and perfect grilling

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
