Been a Weber fan since the earliest kettle grills in the 50s. This latest model is a continuation of a long line of charcoal & gas grills that are, in my opinion, the best in the industry. Very happy with the Spirit s-315.

Great grill, looks great and cooks very evenly across the entire grill. Hides the propane tank, moves easily with 4 casters, easily lit and set to temperature with the cover thermometer.

This is a good, compact grill that heats up really well and cooks evenly. I was disappointed that the hood tarnished, I'm guessing from the heat of the grill, within a couple of months. I'd advise getting one of the colored hood models of the same grill.

We purchased this grill in April of 2021 and we are on our 3rd set of flavorizer bars, 2nd set of cooking grates and we need to order our 2nd cross-over bar and a new igniter. Very disappointed with the quality. The last Weber we purchased lasted over 10 years and we didn't have to replace this many parts during that time.

I am a long time Weber advocate that feels they have always had the best product and support. I have Owned 4 webers over 30 years. I will often speak with shoppers when I am near them in the grill sales area and share my opinion. However the hole they put in the bottom of the cabinet where the tank sits was a critical mistake. The wheels are now useless and you need to remove the tank each time you want to move the grill. I use a standard size tank available in one size from many local vendors for refills.There is no way to attach it without it going thru the hole and sitting on the ground. You then must scrape the floor with the tank and push the tank along the floor to move it. That must have been the idea behind the hole. ( not a good one). For me, this makes the grill almost useless. I need to move the grill slightly away from my home to use it and put it back. If it is meant to be kept in one place, why put it in wheels ?

Went from a 10yr old 2 burner Weber to this 3 burner with a stainless hood. Looking for a new grill was interesting. I looked at comparable grills to find cheap parts, thin metal, minimal warranties, and high prices. Went back to Weber for the quality, heavy metal, nice design and great functionality.

I purchased a new spirt 315 SS Weber grill in box. It had a damaged lid part # 3 and LHS frame assembly part #11. Replacement Lid was shipped fast within 1 week. LHS frame assembly was out of inventory and I was told I would have to wait until it's back in stock. Here it sits un assembled been a month and I am not expecting it soon. I have bought many Weber grills throughout my life and been very happy with purchase. However I am a very unsatisfied on how this has been handled and there lack of replacement parts.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
