It looks nice and cooks well, but...you'd better be young/strong to get a full propane tank into the cabinet. Even turning the propane tank on/off is a pain in the neck. These are two items I should have known before I bought the unit. Also, the Weber advertising sticker applied to stainless steel cover leaves a square imprint identifying where that label used to be - even after attempted cleaning with an appliance stainless steel cleaning product. I have previously owned two Genesis Silver grills.

My last Weber grill only lasted 23 years with only a few replacements of teepees and grills (actually it's still kicking, now my son has it). Unbelievable! Also it is the right size for what I need it for.
It's a good grill compared to its contemporaries. Not as good as my Weber grill that I bought 24 years ago though. I wish the design team considered using larger wheels to make traversing a typical suburban backyard easier.
Relatively small BBQ with great features and very even, predictable heating. Unlike my previous model, which was just too hot and often set the food on fire, this S-315 cooks slower, but very even and virtually no burning. Also, the entire grill area is useful without hot spots. Cleaning is easy w/ the ceramic coated drip tray and disposable drip pan.
Short term review. So far grill works great. Very happy. Only issue rear panel was the incorrect one for my grill. Called support said they would send it. Been 14 days as of 4-3-24 still no panel. We shall see. No complaints otherwise.

The Weber Spirt three burner grill is fantastic, just the right size. We've everything from two full racks of ribs, 8 large Ribeye steaks, 20 burger patties, and three packs of hot dogs (not all at the same time). Plenty of room and even heating (no hot spots). We simply love it. The Weber Customer Care center is also fantastic. We had a minor issue with a part ant they expedited the request and got us a replacement in no time at all.
Best entry level grill with industry leading warranty!
DO NOT BUY WEBER! It is absolute garbage! They tell you it's warranty but they do not want to warranty the parts you need! The grill is total rust and falls apart! A cheaper brand would do much better! Any brand besides Weber! DO NOT BUY WEBER! Save your money!

Your feedback is very important to us. So sorry to hear about your flavor bars. Our team is here to help. Please look for an outreach email from our Care team soon. Thank you!
This is the 4th Weber I have owned and unfortunetly it has been awful!! I have loved every grill up until this one. I cannot cook anything fatty or the fat catches on fire sending flames 2-3 ft and ruining the meat! I have wasted a lot of money on prime cuts to have them charred beyond eating them.

Your feedback is very important to us. We are so sorry to hear you are having an issue with flare ups. Happy to help with that. Flare ups are a byproduct of grilling over live fire. The drippings falling down create the flare ups. While they can never be eliminated completely, below are some steps for reducing them: Cleaning your grill. I recommend cleaning your cooking grates, Flavorizer bars, burner tubes, heat deflectors (if applicable), the inside of your cookbox, and your slide out grease tray. If using a marinade, get as much excess liquid off as possible before putting the food on the grill. If using a sauce, wait until the last 5-10 minutes to apply. Be sure to check out the Weber blog for grilling guides, tips, videos, and recipes. Our Care team is reaching out to follow up. Thank you!
I am very disappointed in the Webber grill. The new Weber grills are designed to cook only when the cover is down. The Webber grill is like it hot enough to chore steak with the cover-up. After calling up and talking to the companies representative, this is what they told me, I explained to them that I do not cook a steak in the oven. Cooking a steak with the cover-up does not try the steak that's the whole point about cooking a steak on an open flame. I explained to them if I wanted to cook a steak in an oven. I could do that with my stove in the kitchen , the whole point of buying a grill was the cookie steak an open flame.

Your feedback means a lot to us. We can understand your frustration. Our team is here to help. We have an old saying here at Weber that is considered the golden rule in grilling. If you're lookin', you ain't cookin'! Every griller should live by this mantra as the golden rule upon which great grillers are built. So what does it mean? Simple, keep the lid closed when you are grilling. Grilling with the lid open is a bad habit which is done by amateur grillers, and Weber grillers know the key to perfect backyard grilling is a closed lid If you are looking to raise the level of your grilling abilities this step is essential. By keeping the lid open, the grill will lose heat and cause your foods to be grilled longer. By keeping the lid closed, you allow the Weber grill to do what it was designed to do, grill!!! Keeping the heat inside the grill, the food will grill faster and be more flavorful. One major advantage to grilling with the lid closed is controlling flare ups. Weber grills are designed and engineered to eliminate flare-ups. This is done by our legendary flavorizer bar system, which is the heart of Weber® Gas Grills. A single row of Flavorizer® Bars eliminates annoying flare-ups by vaporizing juices and creating the smoke that gives every meal that barbecue flavor. Again, it's important to recognize that Weber grills are designed and engineered to grill your food to perfection. I know it might be difficult at first, but one of the most important things you can do is trust your Weber. I promise it will not let you down. Please look for an outreach email from us soon. Thank you!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
