Mostly OK, I guess I don't understand the higher price from all the other brands. Left burner make a hissing noise and if I fiddle with the valve it goes away. The casters could be better given the price point, they are the cheap plastic ones. I see the solid rubber wheel casters on less expensive brands now. Certainly is lacking in value but I hear the warranty is good.

This is the first time I ever used a Weber gas grill and I was astounded at the the ease and efficiency this grill works. The food is cooked perfectly without much work on my part. This will be the only grill I ever use going forward

The Weber S315 grill is a good value priced grill. It is solidly built with stainless steel components and heavy cast iron grates. However , I was somewhat disappointed and concerned that the rear panel of the base cabinet is very short leaving the cabinet wide open to the elements. Other Weber models have a significantly larger rear panel.

Great size and heats up well. Functions well. However, previous models had double doors and did not have a "pedestal" base. Moving a 25# propane tank in/out of the door across the painted pedestal base is challenging. I scratched the paint on the base before i realized the issue. I'm going to have to protect the base each time I change the tank. This is a fatal flaw. My 2012 model did not have a pedestal or this problem. Hope Weber changes back.

This is an ok grill but after I used it a couple of times I wished I went with the bigger models. The cooking quality was much better on my old Webber grill

Have had the grill for a couple months, just started grilling a month ago and there are already rust stains everywhere. I use a cover and put it on every time. How is this possible?? after only a month of use?

Your feedback is very important to us. We are very sorry to hear your grill has spots on it so soon. We are happy to help provide some suggestions. If your grill is located in a coastal or humid area, or if chlorine is present in your environment, additional maintenance will be needed to keep up the appearance of the exterior steel parts. Also, below are a couple helpful tips. At the first sign of staining/discoloration/surface rust we would recommend cleaning with stainless steel cleaner (ex. Bar Keepers Friend). Once cleaned, we recommend using a stainless steel polish (ex. Weber's brand) to keep it looking its best in-between cleanings. Once a week we would recommend wiping down the grill with a wet towel or rag and then drying completely. We would only recommend covering your grill if you know inclement weather is coming. I've had this grill for about 2 months and it's clear that weber spends time making a better product. From the gas weight monitor, the placement of the battery (out of the weather) to the back ignition for the other burners. You can see the quality and time put into making a weber be solid and thoughtful. Temperature control is easy to do and so far I haven't had a huge flare up with anything I've cooked including drumsticks with skin on.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
