The grill came with the back panel missing. After sending pictures, Weber said they agreed but couldn't send me a new part because it's on back order. There is no estimate of how long I should wait. I wouldn't have written this negative review but Weber sent me an email asking for one, even though I still don't have the complete grill I paid for, so here's a review.

I have a stuck burner control knob that will not operate. The middle burner is useless thus limiting the grilling ability. I spoke with customer service and was supposed to be getting the replacement burner control valve, covered by the warranty, but it has been 6 weeks with no part and no follow-up.

We purchased this grill 7 1/2 years ago, It works well, but it has rusted out on the bottom of the frame. I thought purchasing a stainless steel grill we would not have any rust issues but as you can see it rusted out. I would like to purchase a new grill but Concerned about the rusting. This was our second Weber grill very pleased with the first one.

The grill is fantastic. I am very happy with it and know I make great meals on it. However, the back panel in the box is not right one. I called for a replacement, which I am still waiting on.

Time to downsize and my Weber fit the bill. Pros: Easy to use, maintains temperature and quality materials. Cons: I'm in my 70s and I find that hooking up a full propane tank, on to the mechanism that helps measure how full the tank is, impossible to do. The tank is too heavy to be lifted up in a very small space. Not a big problem but I can't use that function. Lastly, not sure why the grease collection comes in two pieces. A single, slide out, replaceable tray would make the process easier and more convenient. Other than those minor issues, Weber does a great job.

this grill lights quickly, and heats evenly. Everything we've cooked has tasted great. The thermometer is accurate, too. Very happy with our purchase.

Several online reviews indicated that this grill was difficult to assemble. With the assistance of my wife, we followed the directions and did not have any problems at all. Assembly was very smooth. I like the sturdiness of this grill and it should last a long time. Controlling the temperature is easy and I am able to maintain whatever temperature my meal requires. I am impressed with the quality of every component of the grill. The only change that I would make would be to have the two side shelves be able to fold down like the ones on my Spirit 2 grill. It would make for a smaller footprint and allow for a better cover.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
