The burners are really good and the overall construction great. I slide this into a shelf in an outdoor customized grill station. It would be great if the (3) legs hade a locking mechanism, especially the rear. Currently they don't. I'll improvise and make my own.,

Bought the natural gas version. Fired the Koda 16 up the first time for my wife's birthday party later that evening. This pizza oven is fantastic and super easy to use - only had to sacrifice the first pie to the pizza gods before making 11 other fantastic pizzas the first night of use! Everyone loved the pizzas! Helpful Tip: The oven at full throttle gets up to about 950 degrees, which is a bit too hot and somewhat burned that first pizza. I drew it back to about 850-875 degrees and it was perfect from then onwards. Bonus review: A professional chef was in attendance that night - He had never seen an Ooni oven before, but has cooked in a lot of pizza ovens for clients over the years. He was really amazed at how easy the oven is to use and the quality of pizza produced!

So far loving this thing. I wish it had a carry case option or something to help move it around as it a bit heavy. I ended building a mobile cart that it sits atop with a drawer and a shelf for the peels and misc items, and a lower shelf for the propane tank. I wish there was a spot to post this pic as it turned out to be a great design and it's easy to store in garage and roll out to the patio when needed. Now to master the dough. My first pie came out terrible. It sat too long with the sauce and the pizza round became sticky and was hard to scoop up with the peel and even harder to launch. Made a huge mess I'm calling "seasoning the stone" but the next round I made 10 pies for a party and they all came out great.

Love the Koda 16. Hosted our first pizza party and all our friends loved the pizzas we made. Although we could cook in 90 seconds or less, I find I get a better crispier crust by turning down the burners when we put the pizza in. Going with the slower cook method. Then finishing the last few seconds with burners on high giving me the nice brown edges.

Love the look and performance of these little ovens. I'm a professional Neapolitan pizzaiolo. Bought two Ooni Koda oven for a catering event. They heated up quickly and cooked pizzas with similar quality to my brick oven. I like the extra room of the 16" deck vs a smaller one. Takes some practice to nail it, but for a home pizza maker or for portability these oven are great. Don't expect to get high volume from it. Due to the lower thermal mass, the deck won't hold its heat and after a few pizzas the floor will cook down, but that's a trade off with any lightweight portable oven. Also, had to watch a YouTube video on how to light it the first time. You need to hold the knob in for a few seconds after the spark to keep the gas flowing,

Not new to making pizzas but this is our first pizza oven and we love it. Did a little research and watched the instructional videos posted by Ooni. Haven't had any burnt pizzas yet but there is still time. Extremely happy with the entire process from ordering the oven to the time it arrived. It was three days with no delays. Set up was easy and everything worked as described. I can go on but will just say we are happy with our decision with the Koda 16. We will put it to good use making pizzas for family and friends.

Love this little pizza oven. We purchased the Ooni Koda 16" gas oven with the large cart and pizza peel, cover, thermometer, wire brush. We have used it every weekend since we received it. There's definitely a learning curve but each time we use our pizzas taste and look so much better. It's amazing how fast this oven cooks the pizza. We find that we prefer to heat oven up to preheat then turn it down to cook the crust then the last little bit of cooking turn it back up to put on the final brown in the pizza. Fun to do with friends and family. We are experimenting with different crust recipes. The basic dough and cold proof dough are great and we love the Ooni basic sauce, so easy to make with just a few ingredients. We ourI would highly recommend the Ooni Pizza Oven. Would like to purchase more hooks for our cart but they are not available at this time.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
