Quickly and easily light your grill with the Looftlighter X Battery Powered Lighter and Firestarter. The all-electric Looft Lighter X lights your fire in 60 seconds using only battery power, and can light up to 10 times on a single charge. You can use this to light charcoal, woodchips, and logs. This lighter does not use gas, flame, nor lighter fluids, making it safe to use both indoors and outdoors. I use it to light my three fire stoves indoors in the winter. If I can use it everbody else can, I'm a 72 yo woman.

Works great after some practice, I always point/touch smaller pieces of charcoal to start with, lights in a minute without anything else, only problem is the price.

Have the corded version since forever and bought this one to go hiking. It's too heavy to walk around with, but I don't use the old one at home any more, LOVE the X, works like a clock lighting my kamado and all the other stuff, so nice to cut the cord!!! It's a bit pricy (LOL) but worth all my savings!! Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This Looft is great lighting my kamado joe fast and efficiently. And works very well lighting my Solo stove. Really recommend to anyone to start grills, fire pits or anything really!

Yaaaaaaas. I don't need accelerants anymore. Lighter fluid is Amateur Night- not my thing and never will be- and I'll use pine cones or fat wood I collect when I camp. But holy ____ this thing burns. Whatever you're burning- stack 'em right; heat 'em right; learn to read a manual (not really needed, but it does what it claims) AND you can travel with it (on a plane you're limited to batteries of a certain size- this is less than one tenth that mAh and still does the job!!)! Wood'll ignite in less than a minute. Coals? Less than three. Pellets? Somewhere in between. Well done! Took a chance and happy I did! Great for fire pits, All-in-ones and fireplaces.

Be aware...you will never ever have your lump charcoal going in 30 seconds as their promos love to say. You will NEVER ignite 10 times on a charge (3 or 4 tops in my experience) There are times i have the tip sitting directly on a small piece of charcoal and after a minute or two it is still just small ember lit.......yes SMALL. Not something that will have your grill going any time soon. It is good and handy, but i think they give crazy optimistic projections of its utility...

More of a gimmick than a tool. Unlike the videos takes a while for the fire to start (jealous devil, Kamado Joe). Charge doesn't last for more than 1 or 2 uses.

I got it home, charged it up 100%, and it would not light my charcoal. Got nowhere even near it. I hear the corded ones work great, but this cordless one would be a vast improvement - if it worked. This product should be taken out of the BBQ Shop line-up.

The battery life is awful, very short. Starting a fire did NOT go as the video shows at all. I had to use a regular lighter to light my firebox charcoal...way over price for the performance.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
