Nice accessory for the completist (I'm guilty) and looks great new, but not very practical. First, you're unlikely to really use it attached to the grill. Second and more important, IT WILL MOLD if left on the unit, even if covered. (Likely even more if covered, actually.) Not sure if there's a fix for this (oiling, maybe) but if there is, my rating would go up substantially.

It's a nice piece of wood, a nice cutting board, and it is a nice accent to the smoker. I like it. But I learned that I need to keep it clean and that I shouldn't leave it out in the weather, just like any other cutting board, it will mold. Keep it clean and dry, and it stays nice and pretty.

I've had my magnetic cutting board for over 2 years. It works perfectly, I can fold the shelf down to put the cover on and it stays put! My only critique would be for it to be about 20- 30% larger.

Could be a little larger of a cutting board its magnetic force is strong enough to keep from sliding but not from falling off the shelf when folded down.

Magnets are just not strong enough so I have added another 6 to solve the issue.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
