| Shredding meats made a breezeThe BBQ Dragon Heavy Duty Dragon Claws make shredding a pork loin for pulled pork a super quick job. It works like a charm at lifting a whole roast, chicken or turkey straight out of the oven with it's heat resistant (and BPA free for non toxicity) super sturdy and safe plastic, which is very easy to clean. I've only really scratched the surface of what these could be used for and I don't know how we lived without it. A perfect product that I recommend to any home cook who likes to roast and shred. | Most Effective Tool for Pulled PorkI shredded two pork butts using the meat claws and found the tool to be more effective than other implements I had used before. However, when gripping the tool, my knuckles were near or touching the meat as I was shredding. I would be curious if the space from the bottom of the tines to the opening could be increased.
