I've had this grill for 3 seasons now. It is holding up very well. The burners are strong. It lights without hesitation. It heats fairly evenly across the three burners. Two small things could've been better. First, it does not have a fully enclosed backside. I don't know why. It just needs one more panel, but that panel wasn't included. Cost cutting perhaps? Second, the sizzle zone needs a stainless steel grate. The cast iron grate cannot handle the high temps and will wear out no matter how hard you try to maintain it. Overall it is a strong grill and I recommend it.

I grill a lot and in all types of weather. We're talking 20 below zero! The grill has never failed me in three years. Always lights and the temperature gauge actually works. Cooks evenly and I have never had a bad experience with it. I don't usually write reviews but this grill has me so pleased I had to.

Picked mine up a while back and it's been the best grill I've ever owned. The side burner gets incredibly hot and is perfect to sear a nice steak!

I shopped around and when I found the Napoleon grill I knew it was the one for me. This grill sears steaks perfectly. When you obtain the desired temperature, the grill holds the temperature. This grill cooks all items evenly. I am very happy and this is the best grill I have owned.

This has to be hands down THE best grill I have ever owned. I've had this for 3 years now and performs like it did when I first got it. Easiest to clean and maintain of any grill. The BTU's is what I was initially sold on but after putting it together and using it the quality is first class. I would highly recommend this grill to anyone.

I have had my Rogue XT with side burner for a few years now. Great quality materials have made my grill look and function like new. Great warranty and awesome customer service, if needed.

I purchased this grill to upgrade from a cheaply made grill. The quality is night and day between the two. I'm so happy with my decision to upgrade. The Napoleon Rogue is a quality grill that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice quality grill.

First of all, I love my Napoleon and my next one will be a Napoleon too. I have the all black Version of the roque 425 with sizzle zone. The burners are superieur and there is always enough power. The cons are, that the plack paint on the control panel is starting to crumble and the outdoor cover is totaly destroyed after 5 years.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
