Received new grill (R425SBPK-2-FB) two days ago. After assembling, I noted the temp gage sensor stem was broken. Called the support phone number and gave up holding after 1 hour and 2 min. Sent email to address indicated on document within grill packaging content, an automated reply stated that email is no longer functioning and to use website warranty portal for claims. Next, I tried to submit claim for a replacement temp gage and the app does not recognize my model. Then I started a chat where the gentleman I chatted with told me there is nothing he could do and also said the portal had not been updated with all the models yet. Given I have had the grill two days and still not operated it yet, perhaps I should simply return it as I am incredibly disappointed with Napoleon's customer service.

I am disappointed in my Rogue 425 SB. The cooking surface is not even there are hot sport and cold spots. I was assured at the dealer this would not be a problem but it is. I got the grill in August of 2025 used it through September and then it was covered until late March. Lighting the burners has always been an issue. But now it take several tries on each burner sometime a lighter. Hot stops and failure to light is why I got this new grill in the first place so I am disappointed in it performance. On the upside I really like the inferred burner it is great for steaks and chops.
Had issues with grill being extremely hot contacted customer service told to call warranty department who was not helpful. Thought it was the regulator it's actually the thermometer is off by 150 degrees. Warranty department said to just use one burner. Haven't reached out about the thermometer. I tested it with two other ones placed inside grill.

The grill is great. Cooks evenly. I particularly like the fold down side shelves. The one negative is the burner ignition system. The piezio system doesn't light reliably and I have had a few instances where the delayed ignition has caused poof of burning gas for lack of a better phrase.
Unit showed up damaged with the side panel bent so it was hard to put together. Also a large dent in the handle.
Starter went out after a month. Horrible Customer service...took forever to get a new one. Tried calling twice and was on hold two hours each time and never did to talk to anyone.

Big step up from my old household named grill…wish it was a bit more heavy duty with better casters.

Seems really solid, cooks great. Flare ups are a non-issue. I've had really expensive Coyote gas grills that were horrible for anything other than the rotisserie. I've used my Rogue 4 times now (steaks twice and chicken twice) and each time has been perfect.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
