The searing feature does a great job of putting a quick sear on a steak before transferring to the main grill. Learning my way.

I've had this grill for almost 2 months. I've used it many times already with beef, pork and poultry of many types. It's has produced some of the best cooks I've had and I am an extremely experienced griller. Couldn't be happier. Just putting it together and seeing the quality and how well built it it was the first step. Everything is high quality and fit together perfectly. It's performed perfectly and looks great to boot. Highly recommend this grill.

Just the 2 of us now and this is a great size for anything we need to do. Still learning how to control the temp, but once you get it set it stays put. Looking forward to getting more opportunity as the weather becomes more Spring like.

I am pleasantly surprised at how this grill performs. When purchasing, I thought for the price, my steaks should come out to be award winning masterpieces. Well, I have to say they may not be award winning, but they're pretty darn close. The temperature gauge seems to be pretty accurate, which makes it much easier for me to cook. I do use my grill year round, and that's why I spent the extra buck on this grill, and I'm glad I did! One complaint that I have is the magnet on the door to the propane tank needs to be stronger.

I love this grill. It went together easily and the packaging was great. I'm still learning how to cook on it since it's very different from what I've used before. No complaints as of yet. Thanks for making such a great product.

This is my second Napoleon Grill. The first got destroyed by a tornado. I ordered a replacement from BBQGuys because, based on online reviews, they have excellent customer service. The reviews didn't lie. My grill arrived with quite a bit of completely hidden damage. BBQGuys went out of their way to correct the situation. I wouldn't buy anywhere else! On to the grill itself! Definitely a step up from a Weber, with a much better warranty and customer service from the company. Pros: The grill heats up quickly and cooks evenly. The infrared side burner is great for searing. Heavy duty casters. Folding side shelves. Napoleon Customer service is excellent. Excellent analog temperature gauge. Cons: The cabinet sides are paper-thin metal. The IKEA-style assembly instructions are not for the novice. The nice owners manual has been replaced with a crappy substitute. To save money, Napoleon omits 1 panel on the rear of the cabinet. It looks cheap and causes the drip pan liner to blow out on windy days. Packing on bottom of carton is too thin, allowing for shipping damage if the box is dropped (I know all about that!)

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
