Nicely finished product. Works well. The optional cover needs some more thought as it is a cover designed to fit many models of grill, One that actually fits this grill would be better.

Ive owned big named pellet grills, gas grills, charcoal, you name it. This grill does it all. I did get the charcoal tray and smoke tray accessories. With this set up ive been mastering smoked ribs, charcoaled chicken, perfectly seared steaks on the side sear deal. Im actually a bit upset when my ol lady says shes cooking inside. I just want to GRILL something.... You wi recognize the quality when you get one. My only complaint is the onboard thermometer reads roughly 25 degrees high. Good luck finding an accurate old school analog thermometer.

Eat grill I have every owned, would recommend to anyone not wanting to spend a fortune on a grill but still get something that will last a long time, can not recommend enough.

Love the infrared sear box for reverse seared steaks. Love the warranty which is unheard of in other grills at this price point.

This grill is a great grill. Easy to start and easy to regulate the temperature. It does take some time to realize that it has a hot flame so I cook a lot of items on high for 2 minutes and then turn it down to low/medium to finish. Like the placement of the drip pan as it is super easy to remove and dump

The level of customer service that I received today is beyond lacking. Was on hold for two hours on the phone. Product support email was returned with a canned message. The question that I asked On-Line has yet to been addressed. Very disappointing all I'm wanting to know is what type of grill brush to use on porcelain coated ceramic grids. I can hardly imagine what would occur if I had a warranty issue. At this point, I'm regretting my purchase

This is my second Rogue grill - have another at a vacation. Both work great. The new one has a stainless steel grills vs cast iron in old. The cast iron is definitely better. Grill was assembled and delivered by dealer. Two huge dents in front and hood. It should never had been delivered like that. Eventually repaired

The side burner does not stay lit, the handle on the lid is too hot to touch without an oven mitt. I called was on hold for 28 minutes with no answer.

If the side burner is not staying lit, the ceramic may be broken, if the handle becomes too hot, I would suggest cleaning off the sear plates and cleaning out the drip pan for excess grease. When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
