Recieved the reverse griddle afyet being selected as a tester. Had been a great added featute to my grill. the abilty to use it as a flat top is expanded the use of my grill. From cooking eggs and bacon in the morning eggs dont stick to it, to sauting vegetables and shrimp. Would recomend as a great accesory to utilize or expand your grill.

A great product which I received from Napoleon testing team. This griddle is ideal and a must have item for all grill lovers. It is two sided which makes it very handy as for one side you can easily grill meat items to get that perfectly charred marks. Other side is flat which makes grilling vegetables a breeze. Made with solid cast iron which retains heat evenly. I am very satisfied with this product and would highly recommend.

Thanks to the Napoleon Tester Team, I can now say I love cooking on a griddle! When I purchased my Napoleon grill, it was a major decision if I wanted a griddle or a grill. The Napoleon Cast Iron Reversible Griddle gives me the option using the griddle as well as keeping grates on the other side and being able to do both at the same time. The griddle reduces heat inside my house and lets me cook outside. In the short time I had the griddle, I made eggs, bacon, potatoes, pancakes, sauteed veggies, quesadillas, grilled cheese, and even made beef and veggie smash burgers. They were the best burgers I have ever made on a grill. The griddle is excellent quality and perfect size to feed our family. Cleaning it is extremely easy. You can do it right on the grill or remove it to clean. It is reversible with grooves to make paninis sandwiches. I love to cook! I am looking forward to experimenting with new recipes on my Napoleon Cast Iron Reversible Griddle!

Size of the cast iron is smaller than the grate it replaced. Slides around and leaves a gap between the normal grated. Garbage.

Looks great but every possible corner was cut to save money. Stainless is not good quality and rusts over night. Store in Carolina Beach NC misrepresents the quality of the stainless for coastal areas. There are much better options for the price.

BEST Investment I made, now I have have half griddle an half grill. Love it, would be amazing to have a napoleon grill.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
