Your specific needs will dictate whether this is a good cooktop for you. I cook all kinds of things and the 30k burners are fantastic for stir fry. I was tired of setting up 3-4 cookers to be able to cook the things I like and with the accessories this cooker can do so much. The folding wings make good prep areas (don't put really heavy things on them) and the portability is very nice. One of the best features is the adjustable legs. Other grills I own (I own many) require some kind of leveling devices under the legs but this one you just screw the legs in or out. It IS heavy so bear that in mind which limits the portability to a degree. The carrying case is very handy IMO. Initially I hated it but I didn't work with it enough...now I have two. The RV quick connect would not put out enough LP to run both high output burners which was rectified by using a 20lb. tank for the cooker. Now I have the 2nd one sitting on the patio for throwing together quick whatevers. With the accessories (and be sure to get a good hammered steel wok) this one makes my dozen other ones more or less obsolete so they are in the barn.
Pro 14 two burner cooktop Went to our inaugural Halloween bike ride and one of the guys pulled out a older version of the Pro 14 two burner cooktop and griddle. I couldn't believe how easily it setup, cleaned up and made a ton of food for every that came that day. It worked so well that my wife and I ordered one immediately to use on our own trips, gatherings and just some Sunday morning cookout fun. We also purchased the two burner griddle and griddle carrying bags for both the stove and griddle, so nice to keep everything neat and sorted. I've only used it a couple of times so far but one thing i really noticed was how nice the burner control is, you can turn it down all the way and not worry about the burner flaming out. My only complaint which is minor is that the flip out red lid covers don't sit completely flat like my friends did. Perhaps they will wear in with a bit more use.

Since we bought this for memorial day and didn't get a chance to use it all summer I was starting to have buyers remorse. But after using it one long weekend I'm in love. We bought the griddle and the grill accessories. One of my favorite things is that which ever one I'm not using acts is a warmer as I continue cooking other food. I literally planned an entire three day weekend of cooking around my new camp chef cooking system even though we have a camper with a stove and oven. I wasn't sure I needed the pro with the flip out shelves but now I can't imagine not having them. Worth every penny.

I have had multiple Camp Chef Stoves. We recently replaced an Expedition 3X with a Pro 14. One of the features I though would be really nice is the shelves. The only problem is when the shelves are open they are not level. It looks like the mounting bracket for the handle which supports the shelf isn't designed properly because it angles up which makes the shelves not level. Not sure if mine is defective (since the picture on the website looks very level) or is this is just the intended design (and the picture on the website is misleading). I'm sure it will still cook the way I'm used to from my previous Camp Chef stoves, but I'm a little disappointed in the shelves.
Best setup I have ever had for outdoor cooking. The accessories that go along with it make it even better. The grill and flat top are great for making combos and taking camp meals up a notch.
This was a gift. He loves it. It is great for larger pots and pans as they fit on it easily. The sides work well for prep space. The extra space means that we can bring one less table. It makes camping so much easier as water boils faster and everything cooks like it does at home. I only wish we had it sooner.

The Pro 60x is a well built high quality camp stove. I highly recommend it. Easy to use. Easy to clean.
Wow great packaging but again shippers are more aware of possible damage. Storing the wind shield and the inability to close lid with it installed seemed a minor problem. HOT HOT HOT. love it and full control over heat. Tired of buying subpar stuff pay a little more and looks like a great buy.
Our Pro60 was purchased in 2004 for RV'ing, but it found a permanent place on the patio when we were home. Although the rig is gone, our camp chef has been our gas grill to this day! The two burners are a must, to sauté and grill, or stir fry. I could not cook in the summer without outside burners - no heat and humidity indoors. We still have the original grill box, which is at its end this summer (2019) due to rust or the deflector, but boy it made a lot of food over the years. Thank you CampChef for an awesome product, that is still going strong. I now have to decide to purchase the original grill box or go for the new one - such a Dilemma!
Several issues. For starters, out of the box there was cosmetic damage. Labeling/painted lettering instructions were rubbed off. It seemed cheaply painted. Upon first use, the starter took several attempts to fire and after a few days stop producing a spark. We opted for a lighter from there on out. Granted, this is not my first time using an auto ignition system, and I followed the manufacturers instructions, but no dice. One of the biggest disappointments is the design flaw in the grate grill. It's not square to the burner, it's offset which makes it so pits don't sit balanced over the burner and will easily tip over. This is a MAJOR DESIGN FLAW, and should be changed. The fold out side tables/cover is great if it was level. The left side is angled up and after a while it starts to bug you that things can stand up right or roll into the grill. We camped along the beach for a week and at the end of the trip there was rust on the hinges which is another bummer. Lastly, the carrying bag handle pad ripped off. The pad is nicely constructed, thick and heavy duty, but it's stitched to the outside of one handle with the Velcro in place to allow only one handle strap to be place inside the pad instead of both handles being inside the Velcro strapped pad. Doesn't sound like a big deal until you grab it without ensuring you have both handle strap (the one not inside the Velcro pad) in your hand. The weight of the case caused mine to rip the pad off the strap as I reached for it inside my truck. Again another poorly design. We've only used this on two trips and in hindsight I would have purchased a cheaper version and saved some money.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
