Blaze will cover up to $120.00 in labor per warranty claim in a 30 day period for the first 365 days from purchase date. (Blaze will not reimburse for any diagnostic charges). Please call customer service for help diagnosing the issue before calling a service provider. Unlike the standard Blaze Grills, the BLZ-4LTE2MG-LP/NG can be used in multi-user applications, including but not limited to: apartment complexes, hotels, condo complexes, fire stations, police stations, multi-family dwellings, etc. The BLZ-4LTE2MG-LP/NG warranty is not applicable when used in a restaurant setting. This change was made 6/24/2019. Please call customer service to determine if your serial number qualifies for the warranty upgrade. You will need your serial number to qualify for warranty upgrade. The Drip Tray Flame Guard is required to be installed in the drip tray for warranty to apply.

I've owned it for almost 4 years and it's my favorite grill - the best I've owned. Don't tell DCS but Blaze is better. I have the biggest fancy DCS grill that uses gas, wood and charcoal and it's nice but Blaze is way more bang for the buck! Not an ounce of rust on it and its at my cabin on the beach in the rainy Puget Sound.

I live on the coast and bit the bullet on the "marine grade" stainless grill. Time will tell if the costly upgrade pays off, but am expecting it will compared to the last not-to-be-named premium grill I had that rotted out in less than 5 years. In the meantime I can tell you the Blaze grill is the best outdoor cooker I've ever used, period. The burner divider system is genius and really works, allowing you to bake, roast and grill different foods at the same time. And when you need it, this grill has got some serious grilling and searing horsepower. I paid up, but feel like I am getting great performance and value. (One other heads up. The grill unit is a 100+ lb beast. It's not complicated to assemble, but it's definitely a 2-man job when it comes time to position and mount on the base cabinet.)

I called and spoke to someone about a problem I was having with the lights not turning off , I replaced them with the extra set that came with the grill… they still don't turn off,plus now I don't have an extra set and only have the grill about a month… not very happy 😡😡

The grill is as expected, however the cart is not marine grade stainless steel. Good idea but should come with marine grade cart, misleading in my opinion.

After one year of daily usage it looks as good as the first day. Even heat across entire grilling area. Grilling burgers and steaks never had an under cooked or burner piece of meat, No rust or corrosion anywhere on the grill like the other brands. Everything works as its supposed to work. Many compliments from guests when they see and watch cooking on the grill. I wish I would have purchased it years ago, saving thousands of dollars on grills that rusted. I say buy it and it will be the best investment you made.

This grill is amazing! Incredibly well built and easy to assemble. The entire grill is built to last a very long time. Temperature control is easy to manage and clean up is straightforward. Best grill I have ever owned.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
