owned this smoker for a year. I live in a condo with size ans fuel type restrictions, and the CS fits the bill. With the sliding flame vent you can char steaks and hamburger. I've had two racks of ribs on at.one time and 4 5 lb Boston butts. Takes some experimenting to get the smoke to heat ratio right for your preference. Makes a great smoker to 2 to 4 people.

I simply love this smoker. My favorite thing to cook is ribs. I've done Boston butt, chicken and other meats. It is so simple to operate. There are big temperature swings but overall stays pretty set

I work on the road, a different city every few days,, for fhe few years i started cooking my meals on a BBQ grill, but as you may guess, you are really limited to what you can cook on a open flame propane grill. One day about 6 months ago I came across the "County Smoker, Traveler" it's small not too small, portable and simple to use, and you can cook almost any thing in it, besides the obvious meats and vegetables, for example I have used it bake things, lasagna, casseroles, bread, chocolate cookies, yes even cookies(on a silicone sheet) it is my first smoker, but in a very short time I'm cooking like a pro. I highly recommend it! I love it so much I bought a 2nd one for home!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
