Had this grill for a little over two years. I'm on my third board and second temperature probe and cannot get the unit to maintain temperature. Every time I replace parts I might get it to work properly 5 or 6 times and then it stops maintaining temperature. Being in Canada; it takes forever to get parts. The temperature probe instructions make it look like it's a 5 minute fix, but you have to spend about 3 hours trying to figure out how to modify the unit and get the probe to go in. Not impressed at all.

Love the technology and reliability of my lg800 elite. I love that any time of the year I can have perfect smoked meats or veggies even pastries.

Upgraded from the LG900 to this 800 elite. LG900 was a good grill but this 800 elite is definitely a step up. Can tell it's built better and is heavier. Hence why it's more money. Thought about a Traeger but ultimately I didn't want to lose my ability to open the flame up like I can on the Louisiana. Great grill for the money compared to others. Plus has a beer bottle opener on it so can't go wrong!

I bought this grill in October. Can't tell you how easy it is to use. And the flavor of everything cooked is unbelievable. I use it for all meats from fish to chicken and wild game. Also use it for every kind of vegetable. I've used it when outside temp was 6 degrees and it worked like a charm. I highly recommend this grill.

i got this grill a month or so ago and it was worm enough to use it 4 times all 4 times it worked just like the book said it would. i cooked beef pork chicken and fish all were great tender and juicy..

I find that using the 200..250 temp range there is not enough smoke for my taste. If you use pellets that contain some twigs, the worm can get jammed up and it is a pain to clear. You should add the clean out feature used in other pellet smokers.Otherwise works as advertised

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
