I love my pellet grill, its a sweetheart. But, I am on my 3rd rotisserie motor, has anyone else had any problems? And truthfully, I use my rotisserie very little, I used my original motor twice, and now on my 3rd motor, I probably used my rotisserie a dozen times total, since I purchased the grill in December of 2023

I bought this a year ago, and I love it just as much this season. I haven't even pulled my bbq out since I got this smoker. Steaks, Hamburgers, Veggies all taste amazing on the smoker! I turn it on, and by the time I prep the food its heated up ready to go.

This was a work gift for years of service and it took some time to get used to. It takes a while to get to temp and then it fluctuates and it's hard to control temps. I did a complete clean from head to toe because there was some sort of blockage and the neighbor was worried there was a fire because of how smoky it was. I'm excited for spring to hit so I can get back to it and perfect my skills

I have bought this smoker and it has changed my whole way of cooking!! I have done everything from hot dogs to briskets and it makes the most delicious food!!

My first Regal 400 was likely assembled on a Friday afternoon as it had a ton of problems. Broil King actually impressed me and sent me a new unit for the cost of the latest breakdown (auger motor) as the replacement part had no ETA. Hopefully this one lasts longer

I bought this grill after being told it is made in Canada and made FOR Canadian weather. I now know that it is made in china and assembled in Canada. Also, it's not designed to last. The computer stopped working after one year. Now a little over 2 years after buying this paper weight, the auger motor is kaput. Broil king doesn't even have replacement parts in stock. I can't even fix it for 3 months!!! Buyer beware! Broil king is the AMC gremlin of grills. I'll never buy one again. An expensive lesson learned for me.

So sad I spent my money on this grill (on a BK in general). 1- Temperature is very low and inconsistent with 3rd party thermometer. Grill shows 350F, thermometer shows 200F. Takes forever to cook the food. 2- After 6 months, already had to contact BNK to get a replacement controller and temperature probe as both were defective. 3- The "smart" feature of this grill is a total joke. Works 50% of the time and app wont allow to control the grill, you can only see the temperature. Exchanged multiple emails with Tech support and still wont work. 4- BK support staff is incredibly rude. Go spend your hard earned money on something else

I've had this product for 2 years and it never seems to amaze the quality of food it produces and the accurate temp it maintains

We have had this BK500 for two years now. We use it all year through the winter here and run 15-20 50 pound bags of pellets through it a year. We have a covered porch that we shovel the snow off to get to the BK500 and use it all year. We also added a griddle to use up any left overs we have from big smokes.

Have had this unit for 2 years now. Never lets me down, even heat across grills and its a nice piece of kit when I have to sing for my meal.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
