Broil King Premium Heavy Duty PVC Polyester Grill Cover For Regal 500 Pellet Grills - 67069

We have been using this pellet grill for the past 2 or 3 years almost daily, I couldn't imagine life without it now. We bought it when we had a propane BBQ but we like this so much that we ended up getting rid of the propane one and solely using the pellet grill. It is so versatile! From smoked meats to steaks on the grill, this unit does it all. I seriously could not recommend this product enough. Take my word for it, buy it and enjoy!

I've had my Regal Pellet 400 for several years now and I'm amazed at how well it works. It quickly became our grill of choice. I've cooked all sorts of meals on it, everything from low and slow brisket, and pulled pork, to grilling chicken, or searing steaks. We use this grill all year round, in the sunshine, rain, or snow. Even in the cold Canadian winter months, it holds temperature very well. The digital controller works well, and connects easily to the app. It's nice to be able to check the temperature without always having to go outside! I would not hesitate to recommend this grill! We owned this for 6 months and used it maybe 10 times and the auger snapped off the shaft. Shoddy welding job. When we used it for smoking the temperature would hold for the first couple of hours and then wildly fluctuate. Very frustrating.

Bought this smoker grill almost 1 year ago used 3 times never worked properly.Broil King tech had me trouble shooting about 8 times take it alert put it back together, finally the store I bought it from took it back a month ago and they are now dealing with Broil King still waiting going to request money back shortly too bad I like Broil King and also have a gas model

Easy maintenance and operation, good flavor, perfect.

Bought this smoker to replace a Green Mountain smoker that I had been using for 4 years. Much heavier duty built and easier to operate. The first use was a 14 lb. turkey for the family, turned out perfect. Wish I would have bought a Broil King sooner.

Temperature is consistently too high by up to 100 degrees. Customer service sad no help. Really regret buying it.

I've had this a couple years now and save your money.......so many issues. I maintain it, clean it, slowed down on my use, but I still have to take the auger out every time I want to use it. Even the littlest amount of leftover pellets, it jams so you have to spend the next hour cleaning it again. Now the heating element isn't working and I have to take it apart again to find the issue there....... I ended up just borrowing a friends Traeger and what a delight. doesn't get that hot, but the last time I used my Broilking at searing temperatures, it was a ball of fire.

I bought this about 2 years ago and will throw it into the garbage dump this coming weekend (not easy to get rid of a 200 pounds monster in your backyard). I really, really wanted to love this grill and it does produce great results when it works properly, but it rarely does. Mine produced massive amounts of black soot at higher temperatures from the beginning (above ca. 220°C). It took me a year (!!!) to get a customer service response (US customer service declines to handle international requests, customer service in Europe is outsourced to distributors and basically non-existent), eventually the retailer who sold it to me helped me to get several replacement parts. And, after replacing several parts, the grill actually worked fine for a couple of months until it started to produce soot again - at a level which is not acceptable (it produces black smoke that smells like an old diesel engine and all food is covered with a black greasy film). Now, I'm back to square one with customer service - i.e., no responses. I've decided that I've had enough and ordered a Kamado charcoal grill (that can smoke as well). The Broilking will go to the garbage dump - which is a shame for such an expensive product, but I just don't want to deal with it any longer.

I've had my grill for a month and used it twice a week, its very well made, I added the optional external front shelf, its a game changer, saves putting foil, temp probes, beers on the pellet hopper, not to mention getting meat on and off the grill, the temp control is very good however the grill temperature indicated is 47 degrees F higher than actual, I checked the meat probes with ice and boiling water with in a degree however they never got close to the indicated grill temp, The EU IQUE app is pretty useless with the calibration option as you can't use a minas sign to move the temp up, Disappointing
