I used this pellet grille 6 times now and as far as using the grille I think the control panel is straight forward . Like the temp probes. Now for the not so good. When I tried firing it up last time I used it the auger wasn't moving so after 20 min I took it apart, got down to the fire pot and tried to jiggle the auger and away it went so I thought some hard material maybe was in the pellets . The last time I used it I could not get the auger to mover at all had to remove the pellet box and remove the auger completely. From what I could see just looked like a bunch of ash in the auger tube. NOT IMPRESSED!!! Put it back together and it works but how often am I going to have to do that! I think the motor just isn't strong enough and any little thing it's stops turning . im sure they have an excuse like it's the pellets you were using or moon wasn't in proper alignment with the stars that day. You might want to look at another brand

Don't buy this it will rust out in 2 months!! The App is a joke. You are better just not buying this save your money and get a Traeger instead. Unless you want a heap of garbage, then buy it.
I have had this grill since last October and love it. Hits 600 degrees and able to sear steaks as well as low and slow cooking. Best thing about this grill is the heavy duty construction which enables it to hold its heat even in cold Edmonton winters. No need for a blanket and the taste of the food is amazing. Highly recommend this grill
I have used it 4 times. 2 beef briskets, whole chicken on the rotisserie, and some very thick beef striploin steaks. Grill has fantastic features and options that come with it. Wifi is a bonus with 2 temperature probes that can be seen from basically anywhere. Only issue so far has been moderating the temperature. There seems to be a plus or minus factor of 40 degrees. I had prepped my second beef brisket and despite ideal outdoor weather conditions, I struggled to maintain a constant smoking temperature. I was constantly checking it. The hopper bucket is fairly large which is a bonus. On average the augers pulled in about a pound of pellets per hour at the smoking temperature which varied between 175 and 250 degrees despite having the smoke button dialed in. Although the grill is solid, I noticed that it was made in China? Fortunately BK stand behind their products, so it shouldn't be a problem?

I bought this grill as my first venture into the pellet world (although I am a seasoned charcoal grill/smoking user). I had some hiccups at first (app issues, auger clogging, temperature issues, etc.) but for the most part everything has settled out. I am very impressed with the build quality of this unit. Compared to many other pellet grills, the Broil King one is very sturdy and heavy duty. It was a little more expensive than some of the competition, but it has many great features. I ultimately chose Broil King over many of the others because of the build quality and the name BK carries in the grilling industry. Few things to keep in mind. - I would recommend using the actual BK branded pellets. They are a smaller pellet. My auger clogged from using other brands with larger pellets. There are a few other pellet manufacturers who make a smaller sized pellet which I have been using and are working well. - Get a separate digital grill temperature probe to monitor the temperature at grate/food level. I continually experience differences in temperature between the center of the main cooking grate and the grills read out of 25-50 degrees F. I have a very accurate and highly reputable grill monitoring probe that I keep set-up at the grate level and this is a more accurate representation of the grills operating temperature.

I've had it for a month and I love it. Solid construction second to none. Insulated and goes to 600 for grilling. It replaced both my broil king bbq and Keg smoker. Traeger has nothing on this in the same price point. Well done Broil King. No pun intended.
Great smoker/grill fun to experiment. The only problem is the app needs some work.

I bought this grill sight-unseen through a recommendation from Abt (Chicago). I almost gave up on pellet grills as the augers kept failing. Humidity is a major problem here, the pellets would break apart and come back together so hard it would jam the auger and burn out the motor. I am more careful to clear out the pellets after each cook now. As for the Broil King: superior build, superior control panel. I would give it 5 stars but the only thing I have not been able to test... is longevity, of course. But so far, so good. As for temp variation... yes, there is some during the first 30 minutes to an hour, but it does even out. I can live with that as otherwise it is performing very well.
I am impresed by this pellet grill for many reasons. Robust build, great features for ash and grease clean-out, dial temperature controller and nice heavy cast iron grates. Plus it's nice to have integrated temp probes and they work well! On the other hand, I am disappointed that they didn't continue the build quality throughout. They supply a flimsy porcelain-coated upper cooking rack (which in some literature is called a bun rack). It is nowhere near the quality of the rest of this smoker and easily flexes. It's just too light a gauge not to flex and produce flakes of porcelain over time. Secondly, the pellet hopper dump is a great idea but requires you to hold a bucket in an awkward position as it impossible to drain pellets unless you do so. This needs some tweaking so that you could put a bucket down and then manually move the pellets towards the hopper exit with a small stick in the hopper. This also leads me to the fact that the pellet hopper grate does not tilt up. So when changing wood types, you have to put a stick in the grate to push them over to the exit area. Lastly, the WiFi App does not work. I've spent way too much time uninstalling and reinstalling this app, following the supplied directions to a "T" and nothing. It is a complete bust. The App GUI is also a disaster as it it is totally non-intuitive. I'me not sure who Onward Manufacturing hired to buld this app, buit I hope they didn't pay too much as it's a waste of time. Onward manufacturing - if you fix these problems, you will OWN the pellet smoker market!

I've had this beast now for about a month, and I absolutely love it! I've used it for smoking and grilling, and it performs like a champ. From smoked ribs, chicken, beef, pork tenderloin, and all the way to simple grilling of burgers and kebabs. I am yet to be disappointed. The pellet auto-feed works great and when smoking at 225 degrees, a full pellet hopper lasts for like 10+ hours. I am extremely happy with the pellet smoker. The thing is built like a tank too, so you know that puppy is going to last!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
