Got this about a month ago and am new to the pellet grill game so I started slowly and easily. I've done all three cooks... smoked some salmon, grilled steaks and roasted chicken. All three were amazingly good and it's very easy to operate. I just have to get used to the extra steps. My second cook I set temp at start up for grilling but forgot to push the knob to initiate, so it went way past the temp I needed before I realized what I had done. The good news is I probably won't make that mistake again. So far very happy with the product!

I bought this a year ago expecting great things from it. It started off well, it's well build and insulated well but has frequent jams. I have had to remove the auger 4-6 times . I use broil king pellets and store them in a dry place. This is not a good enough product for the cost. I have ruined two pork cooks and another defrost of moose sausage, pork ribs, and chicken wings is now relegated to the BBQ because of the jams. This is not good enough for the price.

I bought the grill a few weeks ago and have had nothing but issues. After the burn-in, the auger jammed. Once cleared the temperature control was erratic and would not keep constant pressure. Apparently they have a known issues with the controllers but they are back ordered for an undetermined amount of time. I spend a significant amount of money on something that is inoperable for an undetermined amount of time and I am not impressed.

I was debating a pellet grill for a while! I have a Keg and loved cooking on charcoal. I thought this is the best was to cook food, until I picked this unit up! Wow the best chicken and food I have ever tasted. The features are amazing. Wifi and Bluetooth work perfectly. No need to constantly keep going out into the cold to check temperatures. Definitely happy with my investment! Now I have the best of both worlds. Charcoal and Pellet! Thanks Broil King!

I bought for my husband on fathers day and he has been smoking everything! So good. Even had a problem with the motherboard and broil king replaced immediately, they couldn't let us be without a smoker for to long. It took 3 days for the part to come in ( we live in the middle of nowhere, so that was quick).

we bought this smoker 4 months ago. smoke comes out everywhere except the smoke stack, it grinds the pellets like a jackhammer unless they are broilking pellets, takes an eternity to heat up and has a difficult time holding temps. won't be recommending this to anyone. GREAT! BBQ's terrible smoker.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
