Broil King Regal 400 Wi-Fi & Bluetooth Controlled 26-Inch Pellet Grill - 495051

Had for almost 2 years. No issues, even in cold cold cold weather. Once I got used to the pellet cooking style, and used to how pellet grills work, this is great. Cooking on a fire is definitely different than cooking on gas, bit of a learning curve. We now smoke a lot of foods and have the best grilled steaks we have ever had! Strongly suggest.

The good: It was fun to assemble. Everything I've cooked so far has turned out perfect. The bad: I tried several times to get the Bluetooth to work with my phone. No success. The confusing instructions didn't help.

2control boards/temp sensors/ probes. Cannot keep temperatures!!! Takes forever to warmup!!!

Still learning the ins and outs of this fabulous machine ! Stepping up from a Bradley digital smoker , there is no comparison !! Love this thing ! We call it my outdoor oven , I've been trying everything on it .

We purchased this product in July. During the time of purchase there was the opportunity to receive some free products to enhance our grilling enjoyment and experience. We were kicked out of the program before we had a chance to choose. We are enjoying our pellet grill. We are still learning. It would be an added benefit it there was a BBQ book to go along with it.

What little smoke this "smoker" produces comes out of everywhere but the stack, fails to maintain a small window of temp, mine won't get to the promised 600 degrees even on a day of triple digit heat. The app to control the grill is confusing and pretty much worthless. Mine showed up without a serial number sticker on it, so I am unable to register it for warranty. I have called and emailed broil king customer service about the issue, it has been 4 business days with no response. Stay away from this grill, go with something else.

On the expensive side but completely worth every penny. Easy to assemble and even simpler to use. Built like a tank, it feels like it'll last 10 years or more. You set the temparature like an oven so you get perfect results every time. My favorite feature so far is the fact that you can monitor the internal temp from a distance. If you work from home, you can start a slow smoked cook at your lunch break and set alarms based on internal temp. You can go work and it'll let you know when you need to do something. I've had amazing results for both slow smoking and hoter quick cooks like burgers and steaks. I have yet to try the rotissery though.

I've had my regal 500 pellet grill/smoker for a little over a month now. I was sceptical at first but once I tried it out there is no other way to cook. I'm never going back to propane or charcoal ever again. Got to love the construction and materials used in the grill, best quality out of all the pellet smokers and a reasonable price. awesome product and I highly recommend broil king.

I did a bunch of research and found that the BK Regal was the pellet grill with the most features. I have had only a few cooks since purchasing, all but one (bad recipe) have been excellent. The grill is simple to use and the results are fantastic, I would recommend to anybody looking for a pellet grill. This grill is a little bit more expensive than other grills but the quality of the build is worth every penny.
