It does what I bought it to do. I've done briskets, ribs, reverse sear steaks, a dozen pork butts. Everything has turned out great. I love my grill

Great smoker and very well build, the only downfall for me was to find out that I needed to change the breaker in order to make it work without power failure.

I bought this pellet grill 3 a months ago and am brand new to the smoker game. Haha be smoked ribs, pork belly, steaks you name it I've tried almost everything and it's so simple! Just make sure you have the pellet hopper full at the start and there are no worries!

Fantastic new BBQ experience, due to pellets ideal for use on a terras. Would be perfect with a good software connection but the app-connection is totally unusable.

I had a traeger for years but this B K changes a few things Built well Operates and the pot cleaner is just the best. Grilling is by far the best feature, heats up to 600 deg, drop a steak and prepare to be impressed. I grill many other items as well. Love it!

This is an AMAZING pellet grill! My husband surprised me with this grill and I am so happy with it. The Regal is so solid and well made. I love the lid, the heat stays in this grill even when you open the door. Heats up quickly and temperature remains constant. I love the meat probes. I have read a few people say that they were off, but I have had no issue and they seem quite accurate. The display is fantastic, nice and bright and easy to read. The ash cleaning tray is brilliant. I love the settings for smoke, roast and grill, so simple. The bluetooth and wifi are easy to install and the app is great. I have had 2 Traegers and this is by far a superior product and its made in North America. Don't hesitate to buy one of these grills, you won't be disappointed!

I bought my pellet grill in August, and today, loaded my 11th 20# bag of pellets into the hopper. I'm not one to give reviews, but felt the need to share how excellent this grill smokes, grills, and sears. I just love it! It worked excellent in cold weather, which was also very important to me. (and no need for 'insulated blankets' like some other brands!)

While I'm new to pellet grills, I'm not new to grilling and smoking, and I did a huge amount of research on which brand to go with. Was very torn between the BK Regal and other brands, most notably the Traeger Timberline, given its following and reputation. Went with the BK and was not disappointed! Like others have said, the quality of this grill is incomparable, particularly for the price. It truly is built like a tank. Still learning all of the nuances that come with pellet grilling and the grill itself, but realize that I've got an exceptional piece of equipment here. I've had gas grills, eggs, smokers, kettle grills, etc., but this grill is outstanding, and the cooking we've done so far on it reflects the fact that it does everything as advertised. Throw in the true sear capability, wi fi/bluetooth, rotisserie, cast-iron grill, and easy-to-remove ash pot, and you realize the BK is a whole new animal. And, while the fact that we purchased it during the winter with negative zero temps might not be a consideration for every perspective buyer, the fact that it does a great job in these seasonal elements is worth thinking about.

I bought this unit ~2 years ago and have had nothing but problems. The unit constantly trips the GFI circuit. I have had all the outdoor plugs replaced by certified electricians, the power to the plug been tested multiple times, all good, I've tested it with brand new pellets, even dried out some pellets in the oven as there have been some reports of tripping happening if the pellets have to much moisture in them and nothing works! (Yes I got a second opinion from another electrician and changed the plugs again, just to be sure because it still didn't work after the first time I had the plugs changed out.) Do I just have a lemon for a bbq???? I'm so fed up I don't even bother trying to use it anymore. Broil King, can you please suggest a solution? If the unit would work consistently I would give it high marks for sturdiness, easy of use etc. but unfortunately my does not work.

Did a lot research on pellet grills and decided this one was a great value and would last a long time with care. A few minor complaints 1) the instruction video on assembly has different parts shown that what comes with the grill ( bottom shelf is perforated while mine is solid. 2) Smoke stack is NOT THE Spin dial ONE but the daisy wheels ( pointless) 3) the pellet dump out is a pain you can't get a bucket under it to catch the pellets because the wheels are in the way and there is not a funnel coming out to guide them away from unit, the pellets don't come all out you will have to have some one pushing them out from the top or put tongs into bottom slot and stir. 4) LOVE THE GRILL COVER WELL MADE AND NICE But.... get hung up on the rotisserie in the back if you store it there. 5) MY BIGGEST ISSUES IS THE AUGUR. It sound like it's about to break if I use any pellets other than Bk or lumberjack or Webber or cabelas Used a bag of Bear Mountain pellets and you would thing that it was about to break with all the groaning and grinding it made the whole cook ended up dumping them out tried pit boss and same issues. Tried treager pellets and same issues. WHY I had a camp chef and no issues ? These are high quality pellets 100 hardwood and much more available in my area. Overall I would say a 4 star rating have had for about a month. Website and app both need updated and more user friendly. Would be nice to have a video on calibration for the app and probes not sure I'm getting a accurate reading.
