This Delta Heat gas grill brings exceptional quality and performance to any outdoor kitchen. Delta Heat gas grills feature 304 stainless steel with seamless welded construction, sleek high-polished accents, and double-lined hood for maximum strength, durability, and appeal to your entertaining experience. This 32-inch grill has two (2) 18 gauge stainless steel U-Burners with ceramic briquette flame tamers that distributes the radiant heat more evenly across the cooking surface, and stainless steel cooking grates. This grill features an integrated infrared Sear Zone for intense direct heat locking in those juices to give you more flavorful food. Decorative blue LED lights illuminate the control knobs turning your grill into the main attraction and the interior halogen lights illuminate the 525 square inches of main cooking surface for entertaining at night. The grill has 174 square inches of secondary cooking with the adjustable warming rack. This Delta Heat grill has an integrated infrared rotisserie burner and two position rotisserie kit with heavy duty stainless steel 40 lb. capacity motor. Warranty
The stainless steel main burners, fabricated stainless steel housing are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the lifetime of the product. The stainless steel grates are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residental use for fifteen (15) years from the original date of purchase. The briquette trays and gas valves are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase. All other grill components are warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For one (1) year from the date of original purchase your Delta Heat grill warranty covers all parts and labor to repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. When used in a multi-user setting (bed and breakfast inn, private clubs, multi-dwelling condos and apartments), Delta Heat warrants this grill to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This multi-user warranty excludes commercial locations such as restaurants and food service locations.

I have had my grill for a year now and it looks and performs flawlessly. The stainless looks like the day I got it and we live in a coastal environment. My last grill was a Viking and it disintegrated in 2 years. It cooks surprisingly even all across the grates. For the money this is the best grill on the market today.

Very Solid Grill made of mostly Stainless Steel. Lights work well even in the Day time. 1 middle Burner on Low still heats and maintains 300 Degrees, 3 Burners on Low does 375 Degrees (Summer Time). I would buy this again for another home situation. This is not waterproof. A light Rain will fill up or even overflow the bottom Drip Tray onto anything stored below it with watery grease even with the Delta Heat Grill Cover.

Lights are nice. Works well. It replaced an Artisan. We found Artisan customer support to be significantly lacking. The woman with whom I spoke on the phone to order was very knowledgable. We needed a unit that fit in to the granite/space with precision. The Delta turned out to be 1/8" off, which our installers could work with.

Hi Jim. Delta Heat requires the vent hood to protect the combustible structure from pyrolysis, which over time reduces the combustibility of the structure. Unfortunately, an automatic sprinkler system cannot do the same.

Refer to page 5 of the manual for more details. The lights require electricity. The battery ignition works from a 9 volt battery. Refer to page 9 of the manual for more details. The Delta Heat is 304 stainless steel which is less likely to corrode than the 201 stainless steel. Asked by Craig | Answered by CraigHey Eric! If you plan on getting this 32-inch Delta grill, the 32-inch insulated jacket(model: DHIJ32) will fit properly. I would not advise for making one your own, as there may be complications. The manual states to only use their jacket. Hope this information helps!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
