This grill has everything I could ask for. The sizzle zone burner on the side shelf pits the perfect sear on steak without taking up real estate inside the grill. I enjoy that the rotisserie is included at no extra cost. The main burners heat very evenly and can get very hot on their own. I grill a lot at night and having lights inside the grill is a game changer. The quality of this grill is apparent in its weighr. The wheels make it easier to roll around but make no mistake this is a heavy grill. Assembly was straightforward and it's worth noting that the grill actually comes mostly assembled out of the box. This grill is the best I have owned. You can feel the quality as soon as you lay hands on it. The sizzle zone puts the perfect sear in steaks and the main grill heats very evenly. I'm a big fan of the rotisserie burner as well as the lighting. I grill all year round and having lights inside the grill are a game changer. I highly recommend this grill.

This grill is not as promised. Within the first year of ownership almost all the lighting quit working and the lettering around the control knobs started coming off. They had me send pictures of the interior because they thought I over heated the grill. But as the pictures proved, it was not the case. Now the grill is a few years older and the wheels are breaking apart, the chrome in the "pot metal" guards is flaking off and the labels around the controls are unreadable. This grill is the most over priced piece of junk I have bought in a long while. And no I do not live by the beach, yes I cover the grill with a manufacturers cover and it also is stored under and large overhang of our house on the north west side. Speaking of the cover, it is also falling apart. I fell like I have been ripped off!!!

If there is a genius of grills, this is it. Mine is a natural gas, but I purchased the charcoal grate. You can cook over gas, charcoal, it has a wood chip burner, it lights up to tell me when it's on or off and it is very well built. What else can you ask for? I love the grill.

We got our grill in 2021 and I love it! However about a year ago it began to give us trouble. Turns out it was the regulator. Napoleon staff- both Steve and Mike helped us diagnose the problem and were able to send the proper replacement parts to get our grill up and running smoothly again. THANK YOU GUYS!!

This grill is amazing, it has great temperature control. My previous grill always ran too hot, so far everything I've cooked has turned out great. I especially like the smoke burner.

The more I use it the more I find I can do with it..Great uniform heat across the grill and smoke tube works well. Tip - use the upper rack for offset smoking ribs.

The natural gas and propane gas models both have the same overall BTU output rating, so they should perform the same. Napoleon gas grills cannot be converted for different fuel types, so if you plan on hooking your grill up to a natural gas fuel line you will need to order the natural gas model.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
