I love the quality of the Prestige PRO 500! From the stainless construction, to the rotisserie, the interior light, control knob lights, the signature Napoleon logo light, propane tank sliding caddie, and self closing doors it's in a class of its' own! With all these great features, it was the grease management tray that's accessible from the front with its' disposable aluminum foil liner that sold me on this grill. My only complaint is the small & what feels cheaply made wheels it comes with. Napoleon should have put the upgraded, larger Heavy Duty wheels on this grill like it did on the new updated version of the Prestige line of grills. I have very minor differences in height between a few adjacent deck boards, and the supplied wheels can't make it over the height difference w/o lifting the ends of the grill by the sear arm & bucket/cutting board arm. It is noted on several YouTube videos that these wheels break easily & I can see why.

I honestly didn't think spending this kind of money on a grill could make a difference. I have been proven wrong! At the urging of a friend I purchased the Prestige Pro for Father's Day and have loved it ever since. Cooks to perfection no matter what I'm cooking. Absolutely love my grill. The basket cooking brussels sprouts, the kabobs doing their thing, corn, searing steaks then finishing on the grill - it does it all to perfection.

Great grill. Love the features and it cooks great with even heat throughout the cooking grill. Rotisserie works great and it gets HOT!! Well built and expect it to last.

Great grill and east to cook on. I assembled it my self which was somewhat challenging as the instructions were diagrams only. I don't do well with those. Even the online video, which was mostly helpful, glossed over some critical steps. But it's up and running.

All I can say is I love it. It's still pretty new but it has been amazing, especially the sear burner. The casters and inserts need to be upgraded for this price as they flipped out as soon as it was moved when unloaded.

This is one of the best grills which I have ever owned. Cooks perfectly, love the sear burner for steaks too. Not to mention that is is also one of the best looking grills ever!

The grill is outstanding. It is easy to light and it cooks evenly. I also purchased the stainless steel griddle which has been a blast to use and easy to clean. I used to have a competitor's grill but I am glad I switched. Best move I have made.

Great grill. Similar to my 2009 mirage. Does everything I want. So far, we've used the grill and rotisserie with super results. I'll be looking for a couple accessories for it.

Love my new Napoleon Prestige Pro but very disappointed with the wheels. I have one wheel already leaning and the grill was only wheeled from my garage to my back porch after assembly.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
