Had to buy a Weber Gas grille finally cause the rest just rust away...we use one year round under a roof on the deck.. it had good even temperature and I see the warm up much quicker then I was used to also ..

I've had this grill about a month and love it. It looks great and it's easy to control the temperatures of the three burners. And I also make good use of the warming rack inside.

The electronic ignition system is a great improvement. Thought this model came with the cast iron grates instead of the stainless steel. Need the part number for cast iron grates.

Best back yard grill we have ever owned. Bought the Weber Genesis II S 310 grill 2 months ago. We used to grill about 3 times a month during the summer. Since buying this grill we have started cooking on it about 3 or 4 times a week. It cooks up some tasty meats and the GS4 grilling system with those sizzle bars really helps add flavor in. You can do some indirect grilling very easy with it . It heats even over the entire cooking surface. While I bought the ad on iGrill system I really didn't think it would be all that. I was wrong. It is great help. Setting times and watching the temps are so convenient with the iGrill I can suggest someone adding it. I use it with my tablet and it has good Bluetooth range. The only thing we added to make it the perfect back yard grill are Grill Grates. They make any grill much better. I can really say "Weber Genesis , Don't grill at home with out one".

So far grill has been working fine but most grills I have owned worked the first year. Only time will tell. The grill was kind of pricey although I would be happy to pay for one that lasts.

It's so easy to cook the tastiest food that it allows me to experiment with meals I never thought I would attempt. It seers steaks and chops so well while keeping them juicy and tender that It makes restaurant food taste like TV dinners. Caramelized salmon is so easy and tasty I never thought I could make it and now l'm attempting meals I never thought I would try. They all turn out so well. My best source of information is the Weber cookbook. Can't go wrong.

I've owned a Genesis grill ever since Weber introduced gas grills. They keep getting better and better. There's no better brand then Weber.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
