For 30 years I have resisted paying the higher price for a Weber grill. Convincing myself that there couldn't be that much difference in the grilling experience to command the higher price. It's better engineered, evident when putting it together. It has better heat distribution across the grilling surface, taking the guesswork out of where to cook what, for how long. All I can say is I wish I would have bought my 1st Weber, 30 years ago. I love my new Weber!

I received this grill as a gift from my parents- yep! I know...I'm lucky :) I've never used a gas grill before....and i love this one! My husband and I are big fans of grilled food, but so hard to cook weeknight dinners on carcoal. Too time consuming. Since I got my genesis, we eat grilled dinner at least 3 times a week :) Its much faster and easier then the Weber charcoal grill we own (and love!)....granted, you sacrifice the flavour to a certain degree, but Im hoping that will improve as time goes on with the flavourizer bars. I love my Genesis, its a fantastic companion to our Performer charcoal grill.

We are so happy with our new Weber grill! We shopped around for a month and so glad we decided on the Weber. Best warranty out there. All stainless steel inside & out!! Looking forward to NOT having to replace this after a year like all the other grills out there!

I finally decided to "step up" to a Tier One grill. I wanted a mostly stainless steel grill that would give me many years service. The other grills I purchased in the past, rusted away in less than 5 years. The Weber Genesis II S-310 grill has all the features I was looking for and more. I had a family get-together on Father's Day. As to be expected, I had a lot of meat to cook. I used every corner/edge to this grill and found to my surprise, I was actually cooking meat on the extreme edges of the grill surface. I have never had a grill that didn't have "hot spots" and "cold spots". The S-310 is absolutely the best grill I have ever owned. Heats evenly across the whole grill surface. Additionally, it heats up to 500+ very quickly.

The grill lights instantly and heats quickly. The food cooks even regardless of where it is paced on the grill. I just had a cookout for a group of 18 and had the grill full of food. The clean up is fast and easy which is a huge plus for me! The tank gauge on the side is a plus so I know how close I am to needing another tank.

I bought this grill to replace my 15 year old Weber grill. This one is a little bigger than the one I had. The extra room is nice. I like that it heats evenly. I hope this one lasts as long as the first.

We bought the new grill to replace and 18 year old Weber Genesis which served us well, but it was time to upgrade. We are very pleased with our decision. Cooking is so much better and easier on the new grill. Temperature seems to be well controlled and even, controls work nicely and the grill is weel made.

I bought this recently and am very pleased. I've had numerous grills and normally it takes some time to get used to how they cook but this one has been very easy to use. I especially like how the drippings flare on the flavorizer bars and then are gone. No fires under the steaks. Quality of materials and workmanship is excellent as well.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
