This is most likely my 7th WEBBER GRILL. Overall i have been very please, as i am with this one! My only compliant is the new design. I think Webber made a bad decision on no longer having cabinet doors for some storage, as the older models had. I am sure this change has lost some sales, it almost made me change my mind.

I bought this less then 3 weeks ago and I am disappointed to say the least. I have owned Weber for the past 20 years and this grill lacks the quality and performance of past grills. The product has a burner or two that are slow to ignite (its a new grill !)

I have owned Weber grills for over 30 years. I have both gas and charcoal. I was contemplating updated my Genesis Silver C which I've purchased in 2004 I still use weekly with the Genesis II stainless. Although, I love my Silver C I have found the Genesis II 310 a remarkable grill. The updates Weber has done and continues to do through the years solidifies my belief in them. I called their help line several times to gather information about the Genesis II. I also stopped in several businesses that sell them to listen to their information as well. I am thrilled with the grill and would recommend it to anyone wanting a superior grill at a great price. I have owned a few other gas grills but none compare to Weber grills. Not sure if you ever notice those grills along people's driveways with the free sign next to them....I can assure you they are NOT Weber gas grills. An additional fact is that the new Weber grill is warranted for 10 years. That's unheard of.

We bought the grill about a month ago and have used it once. This is our second Weber. Even though I had not used the grill before the tenderloins were cooked perfectly! We hope to put a lot of miles on the grill.

I received it as a Father's Day present because my wife was concerned about the safety of the old one that was working fine for over 22 years. So far it works as well as I expected and it seems well built.

For my new Fathers Day Weber grill. Ive wanted one of these babies for many many many years and finally I said its time. Ive used it 5 times and each time the food has gotten better and better. Although it is hard to ruin Fillet-minion! The burners are even from one side to the other. I used to have to move my food around the grill because I knew where the hot spots were and were not. This is not the case anymore. So far I am a Happy Camper.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
