I have had this grill for a month and find it the best grill I have ever had. Temperature control is good. It heats up fast. Appears to be well constructed. Good value for the money.

I have had the grill for 45 days and 3 of flavor bars are starting to rust. Stainless should not rust in 30 days. customer service said, "The bars are fine, you don't need to replace them until they get holes in them." Do you agree? I don't. I do not want rust flavored steaks! Other than the rust, the grill works well. I also purchased the I grill 3 and the probes have saved my steak from becoming charcoal! Be sure to use center of the handle. The bar holders get very hot.

This the best gas grill that I ever had purchased. It was delivered from a authorized local dealer already put together. It is constructed very well.

I have been very pleased with my Weber grill. It is a high quality grill that performs better than any grill I have owned and does exactly what the brochures says it does. I have only resisted in buying the Bluetooth temperature monitor because of the negative reviews.

Great quality product. My last Weber grill lasted almost 15 yrs. The new grill appears to adhere to Weber's high standards. The new ignition system and high efficiency cooking are most notable improvements.

Bought this to replace a 24 year old Weber Genesis. Great grill. During assembly I noticed that one of the valves on the manifold was bent. Contacted Weber and they sent a new manifold out right away. Hope to get 24 years out of this one!

I bought the grill last month and have used it about 5 times. All grilled meats came out perfect. I noticed the I could get the temp gauge to a certain degree and it would stay there. There were NO HOT SPOTS on the grill. All meats cooked at the same rate. Love my grill.

Purchased the Webber S-310 over a month ago. Grilled on it every week since owning. I love the stainless steel grilling surface, it's super easy to clean. The bottom of the grill leading to the drip tray can be removed for cleaning. This was one of the main feature I was looking for during my purchase as my previous grill was had to clean and it end up rusting. The grill comes up to temp around 6-8 mins. Heat is distributed evenly. I haven't encounter any hotspot issue like the grill I owned previously. Comparing to my previous grill, I see this lasting much longer. If you are looking for a gas grill with a great warranty and parts support, spend the extra to get a Webber, you won't be disappointed.

Great heat...Poor wiring and assembly. Had to re-route all burner ignition wires and burner heat control wiring. Originally assembled as to rub on moving parts from place of purchase

I bought this grill to replace a smaller Weber gas grill that I had for 14 years. This grill is easy to start, temperature is even across the entire cooking surface. Each of the 3 burners light separately so it is very adaptable for indirect cooking which I do often. Being that it is a larger grill, it does take longer to clean the grates. The grease collection system is better than my old grill. It would have been nice if this grill had doors on the bottom instead of being open.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
