We purchased this model to replace the Weber grill that we purchased 25 years ago. The old grill still worked so we gave it away. The new grill is easy to operate, the lid is light enough for me to handle and it provides good even cooking.

Even though this product is from China it is well built. We purchased the stainless steel grates to keep us from eating the iron from the cast iron ones that disintegrates when old.

My wife and I recently became empty nesters as our last child had gone off to college. For years we bought the cheaper grills simply because raising 5 kids was a bit of a budget strain. We treated ourselves with this 3 burner as it has as much cooking surface as the lower priced 4 burner models. Also, we never used the outer side burners on our previous grills so this one made sense for us. Assembly was fairly simple and it looked awesome!!! This grill starts easy and heats up fast. Also, it's easy to clean the stainless grates. We also have enough room to cook for The whole family when needed. We couldn't be happier!!!

I recently purchased this grill to replace a grill we had for many years. I was completely amazed with the Weber Genesis II grill. Grilling has become a pleasure instead of a chore. The food cooks completely different very moist and amazing flavor. Read the cooking instructions and follow and you will be amazed and the difference. I highly recommend this grill you will not be disappointed.

We bought this grill to replace one that had fallen apart way too soon, parts rusting, the spark igniter failing, etc. The Weber is wonderful. We were able to assemble it easily and it works well so far. My brother bought the 4-burner version because his former grill also failed and he raved so we decided it would be worth the money to get a grill that is warranted to last.

Grill is solid, well built- Cooks really well. BUT the test of a grill isn't in the first month, But come back in a year or two and see if it's still as good!

Wish we had purchased a Weber prior. Cooks better, cleans up easily and over all quality is so much better than all the previous grills we owned. This is our 4th gas grill in 15 years and expect it to last a lot longer than our previous grills.

I have had a few other grills, and got tired of the other's cooking temp, ease of replacement parts, and how fast they rust out. I used my father in-law's Weber, and had to have my own! Great heat, all the parts are individually installed (so you don't have to buy EVERYTHING as one big unit) if I ever need to repair anything, and it's stainless steel so I should have a lot longer life expectancy.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
