I was tired a buying a new grill every two or three years so I decided to buy a Weber. You can't beat Weber's ten year warranty. I can't imagine that I would need it though. It's built like a tank.

Cooks evenly, heats up quickly, looks great, but has one design flaw, the grease pan sits open on a shelf that is just the right height for your dog to snack on.

So I replaced the grill I bought on my 50th birthday with a new Weber grill for my 60th birthday. It has been easy, fun and a relief to have a dependable, quality grill and I am glad I paid up and got the stainless steel model. I signed up for the emails and like the grilling tips. My only surprise is that it is made in China! Such an American icon is farmed out. MAGA

Actually my new Weber is anything but cool. All three burners light right off and the grill preheats very quickly. I have not identified a "hot spot" yet, cooks food quickly or slowly, and evenly to boot. Haven't tried smoking anything yet, but since I see Weber has a smoke box that can be used in gas grills, I'll give that a go soon. Also really like being able to see drip pan without having to open doors, which have to be cleaned regularly and block access to tank. Side tank and open front makes for a happy owner...love it!!

We have owned Weber grills for over 20 years. This one has been great so far. All of the quality we have come to expect from Weber. I don't believe there is a better grill out there.

I spent a little extra on a Weber after burning out my other ones in 3 to 5 years. The 10-year warranty on this one is great. It's very well built and does a great job of cooking - no hotspots. I bought the smoker box to go with it. I place it over one burner on low and keep the others off. Meat goes on the cold side. This keeps a steady 250 degrees. I just finished smoking a Boston butt for 18 hours and it melts in my mouth! I haven't found anything about this grill I don't like.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
