I bought this to replace a previous stainless steel model. The overall weight of the lid and body of the grill is much less, I assume as a result of using thinner gauge material. Heat initially seems uneven, but I am getting used to placement of food for desired result. Grill lid was damaged when I opened the box. Weber said they would send a replacement within 10 days. After 3 weeks I called again and was told it was out of stock and should not expect the replacement for at least another 6 weeks. I am afraid Weber is loosing their competing edge.

Most of our meals are prepared on the grill. This Webber grill makes a beautiful New York steak with out the flare up issues that I have struggled with our past bbq grills. Absolutely worth the extra money to purchase.

The grill works well I do have an issue with the left burner not wanting to light seems to get worse as tank goes down for a new grill with the state of the art ingnition system I thought it would work better

I'm very happy with the quality of this grill. Everything I have cooked has turned out very well. My only concern is how hot the side gets by the edge of the handle at high temperatures but I don't know how you could prevent this.

great grill . this is my second genisis, got the first one in 2001, fantastic. new one seems as good. my only regret as i didnt buy one with a side burner like before but my dealer was out and not very helpfull.

We have been using our grill all summer, and it's amazing and so worth the money. We like the 10 year warranty, and we heard it's easy to use as long as you register the grill. The grill is super easy to use. It heats up fast and cooks everything evenly.

Boy this thing is a Cadillac!!! Of course, when you figure that I was replacing a Weber Genesis Silver B (which has not been manufactured since 2002) I guess what I am comparing it to was not much. However, this thing is fantastic. All Stainless, Excellent temperature control, electronic ignition, you put the big wheels back on one end (Thanks), redesigned fat catching system that is sure to be more durable. WOW I am in heaven. We grill a lot 2-3 times per week and even though the old one still could be made to work...the first time I used this one I said, "I should have done this long ago." Unfortunately, I was not too happy with the earlier iteration of this grill with the enclosed bottom and all small wheels. When my wife was bound and determined to get me a new grill for our 29th anniversary I did not argue and I already had the one I want picked out. The only issue was whether to get the painted with cast iron grates or the stainless. When my wife said that she was paying, that choice was simple. Thanks weber this grill is great.

I bought this ss310gass grill a month ago. This grill is head shoulders above my tru infrared in ease of use and quality of end product, lt makes great grill marks and sizzles those medium steaks to,perfection. Don't be afraid of the price because this grill will last two or three or four times longer. Another feature is the Webergrill cover it looks good and is very pliable. In conclusion buy Weber

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
