We bought this grill to replace one that died and this gave us all of the features we wanted. Once we read the directions to understand what the symbols meant, it's been working perfectly, giving us a great char and flavor.

Just purchased the Genesis 11 S-310 Gas Grill, so far it is a great grill, easy to use and the Steaks come off the grill just the way you want them too. Can't wait to cook some more food.

I bought this grill a month ago and have used it to make pizza. It gets the pizza stone up to 500 degrees and the rest of the grill to 650 degrees like a pizza oven which makes a perfect crust . I like the I-Grill for perfect grilling.

I recently got this grill as a replacement for a Genesis E-310. There are some definite improvements: faster heating time, more even heat distribution, more even cooking, and stainless steel interior parts. However, there are some drawbacks. First, having the two large wheels on one side of the unit does not allow for easy movement of the grill forward and backward. Also, the current open cart design is a definite loser. Neighborhood animals - especially skunks - find the grease trap particularly inviting. The closed cabinet of the old Genesis E-310 kept animals out. I do not have the option of storing the grill inside. Finally, the left side of the unit is higher than the right side, plus the left side shelf sits at an awkward angle. Combined these make the grill look lopsided.

I replaced my 14-year old Genesis Gold with this grill (gave it to my son, it's still going strong...). This new grill looks great, gets super hot, and the stainless steel cooking grates are easy to clean. I had a couple of plastic tabs break off of the control panel and Weber support responded to my claim the same day -- on a SUNDAY -- and immediately ordered the replacement part. It's hard to put a price on the 10-year warranty and to determine how much more one should pay for a Weber grill, but I will always pay extra for a great product that a company stands behind for that long.

This grill is great. It is easy to clean and cooks to perfection. I have had this now for two months and love it. Went together easily and have used it enough to break it down to clean. With some help from oven cleaner and a power sprayer it is like brand new again.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
