I bought this grill last year and love the way the grill cooks food. The issue I have is there is not a cabinet. Raccoons, opossums, cats and other woodland prowlers get into the drip pan and even the INSIDE OF THE GRILL! I come out to grill and constantly have to reassemble my grill every time I want to use it. I am also afraid to have my dog out with me when I grill since I fear she will get into the drip pan while I am grilling.

I still have my first weber stainless for 17 years now. I bought the S310 stainless and debated due to high price, but you can tell how well it is made it will last forever. I debated getting a cover but my other weber was never covered and still looks great. Wish I got the side burner but it was costly. My biggest complaint is they put a sticker on the front of the grill, which when you remove still leaves a mark. So my beautiful stainless grill has this sticker mark on the front. If the grill is in a box, why put stickers on it!

I have always been brand loyal to many top brands. Including Weber. This is my 3rd Weber grill. I bought this after about 10-15 years of a previous Weber Genesis. I wanted to stay with the Genesis and I even spent a little more for the Genesis II S-310. For my previous grill, I upgraded and got porcelain coated cast iron grates.For this grill, the upgrade was to stainless steel, thin rod grates. They don't seem to retain the heat. My biggest complaint is the lack of high end heat. When I preheat on high for about 10 minutes or more, the grill doesn't get above 550 degrees where my previous one did. And it doesn't maintain that when food is placed on grill. In cooler weather, it does not get to 550 at all. It is a solid built grill with some nice features. Again, I am disappointed with the lack of higher heat. After I bought the grill, I looked at reviews and I have seen other people say this about this grill. I didn't want to consider another brand.

Well made LP gas grill...living in Houston I cookout multiple times in a week. Very easy to to keep clean, roll out in the yard, rinse out, apply foaming degreaser, let sit for 15 min and rinse again. Simple process. Now you're good to go for another 6 months of use.

I bought the genesis II grill and it was damaged in shipping.the customer service was the best I've ever dealt with...they sent replacement parts out very quickly...no hassle. The grill itself has zero hot spots and is a pleasure to use...I was told by many how good the weber grills were now I'm a believer

Do not like the open concept ( my dog continually gets in the grease pan),miss my side burner from my Char-Broil grill. The new S-335 model now comes with a cabinet, searing station, and side burner. Not sure why anyone would buy this model now.

Have been using this grill for about 3 weeks. A cast iron grill has been place on the grill and is used depending on what is being cooked, beef and pork are cooked on the cast iron and chicken is cook on the regular grate. Everything has turned our well, heating has been even and overall temperature in the closed grill is excellent. Would recommend this grill to anyone interested in grill. Plan on using it year round.

I love this grill because I have always wanted a really nice grill and decided Weber was the one for me. Though this grill isn't the top of Weber's line it is the perfect one for us! With three burners it gives me great versatility for cooking direct or indirect. I can put on a piece of fish for two people, or I can put on racks of ribs for a group. Cook's perfect every time no matter what I do. Easy to control burners to desired cooking temp. I'm looking forward to doing pizzas as that is my favorite grilling pastime!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
