Bought this two months ago online , including delivery and assembly. During the overall process a panel was dinged, called Weber and a new part arrived the next day. Works great. Bought a Tan Charbroil grill cover as the only offerings from Weber are Black, which stands out too much. The Gas quantity meter mechanism is nice it's but a "gross fill weight" so keep an eye on this.

I purchased my first Weber Gas Grill almost 20 years ago. It was a 3 burner design. I used it 100-150 ties a year. It finally had to be replaced. I bought the Genesis II S310. Cooking on the new grill is a little different due to the direction of the burners. That is a learning experience. It also gets much hotter that my old grill. The Genesis II does not appear to be built as well as the older grill ( Maybe a Weber 900 ) and I doubt if it will last as long. That is disappointing.

I bought this for my husband's birthday last month, after saving for years! I even bought the Weber cover! He had mentioned that he would love to have a new grill, to replace the old one that he had, so I thought this would be the perfect gift. He was SO surprised and thrilled! It is a wonderful grill, easy to operate, and just a joy to use. It looks nice too, but I bought it because I wanted a high quality grill that would last for years. We are very pleased with it.

I like my new one better than my 25 year old Genesis that it replaced. We still use the old one occasionally which we relocated to a different spot.

Grill came with defective regulator. It took me a while to figure it out since I do not use often. Contacted customer service... no response. When there is one defective, there are more. Disappointed since I own many Weber products. This one is expensive and so far the worst.

Weber grills are a must. Easily put together, even heating and I can count on years of use. Weber's warranty is out standing. All parts can be replaced from a Home Depot or online, this is what I did with my old Weber grill, parts replaced and gave it to my daughter, and I know they will get a good many years of use, myself I wanted to up grade to stainless steel.

We purchased this grill a couple of months ago and it has exceeded our expectation in that it is so easy to use and does such a great job cooking that not only do we get the best burgers and chicken that we have ever cooked but also salmon. I had never dared to grill salmon before but after the other foods turned out so good I tried it and now I prefer it grilled at home vs. from a restaurant.

I bought this to replace a similar weber grill that I used lovingly for over 15 years. The new model features improvements such as placing the tank on the outside for ease of access. Less apparent is the fact that it now drains, logically, down the middle instead of at one end. It is easy to take apart and clean, which as a more experienced griller, I now appreciate. Stainless steel grates not only cook better, but will last the life of the grill. No matter how dirty they get, you can scrub them back down to the metal. I'm a fan.

We've always owned Weber's. We still have an old kettle, owned the q, the smoky joe, the big daddy bullet smoker and now this one. We've had a genesis before too. This one looks beautiful, functions well, heats up quickly - the starter works superbly, and cooks evenly. We love it. It was about $1000 without a side burner so that would be my only complaint and it didn't bring the iPhone thermometer which would have been nice to include rather than making it a separate purchase which we have not ordered due to its reviews, but we love our stainless genesis. Weber makes fine products and they always have the parts and friendly phone service. They stand behind their product 100%. This isn't your mill of the road piece of metal grill that falls apart. This is a long lasting quality grill that of taken well care of, covered up nightly after it cools down will last a very long time

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
