I replaced my Weber Genesis Gold C with this new Genesis II S-310. As other reviews mentioned the S-310 does not get as hot as expected although I do get grill marks. The biggest difference is it does seem to take the 10 minutes to heat up where the Gold C took 5. I do love my new though and am happy with my purchase.

So far, this grill is wonderful. It preheats much quicker than the grill it replaced and is very even heating across the cook top.

Grills great, cooks nice and even. Always bought cheap ones that lasted about 2 years from the big box stores. This unit is well built and rugged. We will be grilling a lot this summer.

Excellent choice to replace my ancient Weber Silver. Side mount tank more practical for older folks or to avoid back problems versus center front behind doors location. Glad I sought out correct grill.

I bought this model over the E-335, which I previously owned for over 10 years. The cabinet based E-335 rusted out due to what I think was the cabinet holding moisture or water. The older model also was a pain to change the bottle and monitor the drip pan. I never used the sear station much or the side burner which always seemed to get debris and bugs under the cover. I glad you built this model with the bottle modification, but it's not usually stocked in the big box stores and I had to order it. Hopefully I can enjoy this one for 10 more years as I did the last one, thanks for making a great product! Gil

Good options for indirect and direct cooking. Electric start works....100% of the time, even when drizzling out! (I love to grill!) Grill tank is so very easy to change, so nice when it is dark and 20° out. Otherwise, it is just a wonderful Weber.

This is our third Genesis grill. After using several other brands while on vacation or visiting friends when it came time to purchase our favorite we chose a Weber. Our family includes two professional chefs and many foodies, we all love the efficiency of a gas grill and stainless steel grates are a must have. This is our third only because our yard was redone and I wanted a shiny new one. The second was passed down and still going strong, the first was left behind in a move.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).
- We'll specify which process you can expect in your shipping confirmation email.
For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. As complicated as this process may seem, we've only scratched the surface here — please review our detailed guide to freight delivery so there are no surprises when a freight shipment heads your way.
For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
