I purchased the Genesis II Stainless Grill about 2 years ago. After switching tanks, I heard a hissing sound from the Regulator Hose coming out by the tank itself. To ensure I properly connected the hose to the tank, I tried several times to connect the two. It only got worse! I cannot be the only one with this problem but am glad I heard it before I started the grill!!

This is our second Weber gas grill, and we absolutely love it. It was easy to put together, instructions were very clear. It heats up quickly and cooks very evenly across the entire grill surface. The steel grate cleans up very nicely with a wire brush (Weber brand of course!). We use the grill year-round, and couldn't be happier with the quality.

Apparently the made in China regulator has failed. Our new grill worked the first two times we used it. Now it won't light. I verified the Propane tank is full,connections are tight and the valve is open. The burner valves are in the light position and the igniter is snapping. My wife is not happy.

Excellent grill! Thoughtful design with features that work. I love the open cabinet as it keeps bugs out and forces you to keep it clean. The grease trap is ingenious and works wonderfully. The ignitor is hands-down the best I've ever seen. It's got enough power to light a jet engine and pulses loud and rapidly. Always lights. Heat and flame are well controlled and it would be easy to cook off the burner like slow roasting a chicken. Best grill I've ever had and I've had plenty!

Very nice grill but alignment is lacking. The grill is very nice. I like the quality of the materials used for construction. I have very good mechanical skills and I do most of my own maintenance and have rebuilt engines etc. But no matter how careful I was doing the assembly on this grill it was a struggle to get the valve header to line up with the face plate. I checked the square of my build but the center line of the valve stems was way off center and almost touching the edge. I am also a mechanical engineer so I know there is going to be variation in assembly. However I think Weber could've done a better job on this. I also had a damaged corner on my unit where the shelf is attached. One of the welded fasteners was broken loose but I was able to get It secured well enough to tighten everything up and make it work out. Once I have got the grill together I really like it. I think it should last a long time and I am looking forward to using it.

It's nice, but nowhere near as strong as its natural gas sibling. Takes longer to heat up and can't reach 650F like the LNG

Love this grill.. easy and great cooking temperature. Temp is very even with limited hot spots. I got the griddle for this as well and it is amazing!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

For carriers that schedule delivery appointments:
Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
