Good grill but have a part issue and no response from Weber. I have written them twice and will do so again but not good customer service. Do love their grills and finally replace one that was over 25 years old and one of my sons will be taking it and I'm sure get many more years out of it.

The third pilot did not light out of the box. When I called Weber they sent me something and basically said fix it yourself. That would work if I was handy. Very disappointed

This Grill is far beyond my expectations. The overall quality, design and ease of use is incredible. The cooking surface is well built and it offers even cooking temperatures. Clean up is easy and the grease catch is simple to remove and replace when needed. On top of all that, it looks good!

From a functionality perspective. It's great. Zero complaints. But I'm really disappointed to not have heard back from Weber. There was a clear film that is placed on top of grill cover to prevent scratching during transit. However. When the film was removed. It left a residue that visible behind. I have attempted to clean the grill and remove but it's almost as if it's baked in. Now instead of showing off my Weber grill, i had to purchase a cover so nobody can see. The store wouldn't do anything and advise to contact Weber directly. Which i did and have yet to hear back. That's well over a month ago.

Grill looks awesome and gets super hot and it's easy to clean. I don't like the open drip pan because my dog has access to it and helps himself to it. When I assembled mine, it came with a wrong part, but it wasn't too big of a deal, Weber sent me one and I got it in like 3 days. Overall, I'm happy with the grill.

There are many great things about this grill and a few things not so great. Pros: Set up was very easy if you're mechanically inclined. Cleaning is much easier than my old grill thanks to the pull out grease pan and drip tray. The stainless grates are excellent. The grill heats up exceptionally fast and will go well into 750 range if left unattended. The hooks on the side are great! The wheels and knobs are all much higher quality than my previous grill. The open cart design is great in my opinion. I do not miss having doors, in fact I think they would be a hinderance. Cons: The outside stainless cleans up well, however does scratch easily. The tank gauge does not work well at all in my opinion. I put a full tank on it, and it reads 1/4 a tank. It seems to depend on the type of tank you've got. Some are heavier than others and don't read correctly. The GS4 ignition system doesn't light as fast as I expected. You do have to click it for a few seconds before it will light. Overall a very nice grill, is it worth 800-900$? I think so.

I replaced my 20 yr old Genesis Silver B. There is more workspace and grilling area with the Genesis II. I was concerned about losing the pop up table. Having the controls moved to the front added extra workspace. I was going to add the Igrill 3 to the grill but didn't like how it can only be used on the grill its installed on. I ended up with the Weber Connect Smart Hub. I can use it on both grill, smoker and kitch3n over,

The S-310 is a perfect fit for our needs. Heats evenly and quickly, the stainless grate cooks fantastic and cleans easily. Very sturdy. Love it!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.
- Most freight products ship on a pallet
- Some carriers will call to schedule a delivery window, while others will deliver the shipment to a reasonably accessible location closest to your residence (their goal is to deliver as near a garage door as they can).

Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
