I bought this a month ago and very happy with the process. I'm a little disappointed in the final product. It came without a protective 'film' over the cabinet door and their are a few blemishes on the door that won't come off. My other cabinets all came with a protective film to protect it.

I purchased two Prep tables. One of them had been previously opened and was missing hardware and had a small scratch on the table top. I presume someone else had purchased it and then returned it before the warehouse sent it on to me. New age replaced the missing hardware but sent it regular mail so I was delayed in using the second table by more than a week. These table are designed to fit into the other cabinets New Age sells and are not as sturdy as stand alone tables should be.

I like the bar cabinet, but the most commonly use thing is the trash which is on the left, so you need to open both doors to get to the trash. From a design standpoint I would have put the trash cans on the right side to make them more accessible. Unfortunately the way it is designed you cannot easily switch the trash to the right side. Not sure why they didn't make all the components interchangeable.

I love my new dual burners for my outside kitchen, I already used it the week I finally got it installed. The instructions are not so great when you read them for THIS product only. The burners come with the hook up to natural gas already installed and didn't tell us before we installed them to change the cord out. Also there were little screw things that we needed to put in for the propane gas that we had to really look through the instructions to find out what they were and where to install them. These little screw things weren't even listed in the instructions as things to install that came in the box. BUT after it was all said and done and installed it works great.. Well worth the hassle of installation.

We got this a couple of months ago and man was it packaged good. But also there are a bunch of parts, see pic. Assembly was pretty straight forward and only took a couple of hours. The only prpblem was the grills were too wide for the opening. I had to grind them down to fit. Infrared auxillary burner is difficult to light. Grills great so far.

This grill is not only beautiful to look at, it has a lot of cool features. It has LED lights, front burners, a back burner and rotisserie attachment. Rotisserie works great and makes a delicious roast beef. This product was pretty easy to put together. I needed to use to adapter kit that came with it to convert from gas to propane. No complaints about this grill, it is pretty awesome!

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
