Spending 7k on a new product to me was a leap of faith. The Kitchen arrived well packed and with no damage. These heavy units where delivered for free to Martha's Vineyard. Should be enjoyed for many years

A minor annoyance is that the trash bin is on the left side. By design, the way the doors close is the left door has to close before the right door or else it won't close completely flush. The problem is the trash bin side is used much more often than the wine bottle/ice bin side.

Unit came fully installed so I just had to attach the plumbing lines and realign the shelf. The punch out holes in the back were lower than my drain pipe from the wall; so I had to use the wood pallet from the shipping box to raise it up. Because I had to raise it up, I had to purchase additional extension tube and P-trap fittings for the sink drain at the hardware store.

The clips to hold up the shelf are absolutely terrible. Drops the grill. The ring around the grill that helps stabilize it is too thick for a Kamado Joe hinge. Don't even think about this thing even if you have the rest of the cabinets.

This grill has been great so far! The sear burner gets incredibly hot and can sear each side of a steak in about 30 seconds flat, and the grill itself easily gets up to temperature in about 5-10min so I don't have to wait forever for it to preheat. I even had a chance to test out the rotisserie a few days ago to cook a turkey and eveyone was very please how juicy it turned out. I actually removed a couple of the briquette trays and was able to fit a large drip pan underneath and even threw in some charcoal on the side for added flavor!

I bought this and after a couple of months' use, the light switch (to turn on the inside lights) got stuck and cannot be turned off :(

Not sturdy as is. Do not buy as a stand-alone island. MUST be connected to a NewAge cabinet or a wall. Otherwise it wobbles back and forth with ease. Had homes that had to be re-drilled too fit hardware, but I can live with that.

Bought this grill and now have installed it into my outdoor kitchen. not hard to install but needs 2 people. fits perfectly in my Newage cabinet.The quality of the grill is awesome. Has a large cooking surface, beautiful briquettes, gets super hot when it comes to sear function. Lights are a nice feature, though not sure how much I will need them in the city! Highly recommend this grill. I've owned a number of different brands in my life, this seems to be one of the best.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
