This grill is perfect for your outdoor kitchen or patio. It has some minor flaws but I still highly recommend it. Let's look at the positives first. It comes setup for natural gas but trivial to convert to propane. Conversion kit and regulator comes with the grill. This is a nice touch, in many cases you have to purchase this separately. Grill has rotisserie feature with automatic motor. Didn't try it yet, but it's welcome addition. Everything is made out of stainless steel, including burners, drip pan and the grate. I expect it to last 10 years at least. It has LED lights to assist with cooking after dark. Now couple of things that were not so great. It looks like quality control is lacking. Maybe this is my OCD kicking in but many things are slightly misaligned or bent out of shape. Lights were not exactly level and looked rather cheap compared to the grill. Lid axis is slightly at angle and one of the burners was not screwed in. I was able to fix everything easily but I'd rather have it perfect right out of the factory. Also, electric cord is ridiculously short, not longer than 2'. Wasn't a problem in my case because I was installing new outlet anyway but in some cases it would not be feasible and you will have to use extension cord, which is a pain if you have your grill outside and want to protect electric circuit from the elements. I still think this is a great product but have to deduct one start for quality control.

This is the best grill we have ever owned. Living in Florida, we will use this year round. Perfect size and very well made with the consumer in mind. Easy to clean. Superior quality, We highly recommend this product and have been very pleased with all of our New Age purchases.

I bought outdoor bar and sink in 2017, after install I decide against the tile top I was going with and decided on your stainless counter tops, they were back order for a while, but i am glade i waited, looks great

The prep table is great, but it is poorly constructed and very wobbly. They need to figure out how to make it not stable.

We received the unit, it was packages well and arrived in good condition. We opened and installed per the instructions. The drawers do not fully close, they are not smooth opening and closing. The auto close tries to work but it won't fully shut. We have other pieces we happy about but not this one. I need to call the company on Monday to address it. We are really disappointed in how much this cost and how it's performed thus far.

Was not the easiest to build. Two bolts stripped while tightening. Also confusing when adding the grill after the cabinets are connected. Either the grill goes first and you can't xonnect the cabinets or the cabinets get connected and the homes to connect the grill are covered.

Little bit different setup. Took a good while to get it put together. Had some issues with hardware and pre-drilled holes. Also, the front of the grill was missing a screw. Once I overcame the hassle, though, it looks pretty great and had some really innovative/thoughtful features built in. I'm a little worried about how it will hold up to elements, but overall very pleased.

I have not installed this permanently yet but did set it up in the garage to take a look. My wife realy loves it and said it really enhances the look and is stylish. It is as described but beware as it does say that it fits most Kamado style grills it will not fit them all. If you have a standard style grill with basic hinges it should be fine. I have the KJ Classic II and the hinge mechanism will not work without major modifications to the cabinet. After making the modifications the grill fit perfectly . Now if we can just get some warm weather so I can install it and get cooking.

If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
