The quality and build construction is solid. Easy to setup and assemble. I ordered 3 cabinets, top and covers. I put the order together at the website and confirmed with their online chat service. One of the cabinets that was delivered was the wrong item. Customer service stepped up and made things right at no additional expense. The incorrect cabinet was recently picked up, now waiting for the replacement. I might send pictures later once everything is installed and complete. Customer service is important to me, because of the way things were handled I'm already considering adding on.

Shipping was fine, the package arrived without any damage. The bag of hardware had apparently exploded inside, but we found most of the hardware, at least what we needed to build this table as a free standing prep table. Very simple instructions for building this table, the quality and finish of the stainless is great with a small exception of some uniform dents on both sides of the top which align with some mounting brackets on the under side. The frame went together well, but when attaching the top I ran into a major problem. The holes where the table attaches to the frame were just a little bit off center, maybe a millimeter at most, but it caused the screw to strip the mounting hole that is built into the top which means the top cant be completely secured. Everything was square, sitting on a level concrete floor in the garage, it was just barely off. I will likely just weld the top down, that should be easier than trying to drill and mount new hardware to the underside of the table. But for what this costs, you shouldn't have to whip out your welder. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, this is probably going to wobble a bit if it isn't attached to other cabinets or a wall. I probably wouldn't recommend this purchase, especially if you were planning to use it as a free standing table. But it looks great, my wife loves it, and I'm going to attach ours to a deck post after I weld the top down.

Ordering our outdoor kitchen set was easy. From ordering to set up there was support if needed. Easily assembled just my husband and myself. I recommend using gloves to help keep fingerprints off front as they are difficult to remove. I certainly recommend NewAge products and would certainly purchase again.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
