The prep table that I received had two welds that were too thick to allow full cross frame insertion. I needed to grind the welds down with a Dremel tool. Also, the hardware package was missing one ganging bracket and one washer. The table does look nice. As other reviews state, it wobbles a little from side to side.

We can't set up the units until we get the counter top. It didn't come with the cabinets

the delivery, packaging were terrific! Install was easy and my new outdoor kitchen looks wonderful. The construction of the three draw unit and the door unit is great . Everything functions as promised.

Very nice cabinets in aluminum with glass doors. Well made and shipping was quick and easy. These products are packaged perfectly with zero damage and easy handling. Great customer service support as well. All around a great company to do business with...and I do a lot of business!

I recently purchased the kamado cabinet. I do like the product and the company. The only criticism I would have is that the opening for the Kamado should be bigger. You can't really fit a really large kamado in it if you're thinking about upgrading. Overall good product good quality even though expensive

We just purchased our cabinets and grill. We live the quality and the features. Although on the 45 degree cabinets, if you attach to another cabinet it works great, but, to attach to the grill insert, there is a hole missing near the door to insert bolt through to the grill insert. Because you can't insert a bolt to start inside the grill either. So there is one bolt in each 45 degree cabinet attached through grill cabinet and into grill insert but, since there isn't a hole to put a bolt through near the door side of the 45 degree cabinet, each 45 degree cabinet is missing one bolt.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
