I love the grill due to its multi-functional properties and the power it delivers. It come with three burners, built in searing station and rotisserie kit. The grill lights and led knob lights are nice feature to have. When it gets dark you can turn on the built in lights for grilling and the led knob lights for easy to see to increase or decrease the heat. The 40" grill is a very nice combination with double-side burner, power burner and kamado joe II classic to have in an outdoor kitchen. Over all I am very happy and pleased from my purchase of New Age Outdoor Kitchen Products. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and anyone who wants a slick modern look with all the functionalities and storage needed for an outdoor kitchen. Unfortunately, we have not been able to use our grill be wise the cabinet has been backordered. We'll give one when ever we are able to use the grill. Kind of a bummer!

This was a gift to my husband for his birthday. He ended up choosing the finish and loved it. He assembled the grill with my help and my daughter. Instructions were very clear. Highly recommended !!!

Purchased in May, delivered in August. Instructions are poorly written and lead to problems in assembly. The stand alone grill is great, but to attach the grill to the 33" grill base, and then to secure it to other bases is a design problem from hell. The 'nuts' attached to the grill are easily cross threaded when trying to secure the top through the 4 precut holes. Once you do get the top attached, there are no predrilled holes to attach other bases, such as the 16" burner base or the 45 degree bases. If you aren't quick enough to figure out the top to base assembly should be done first, you are removing the grill and starting over. Also, the back of the grill base as well as the 16" burner base are uglier than a mud duck. The cords to the lights are too short and the required venting looks kinda lame. I'll figure out some way to make them work, but for now, it's just a design fail. But, the grill works great so far!

I like the look of my this cabinet, but at 33" wide x 23" deep x 11" tall (for the grill cutout), it's an odd size that makes it hard to find a built-in grill that installs with a finished look. If you're looking for a custom in fished look, you'll either want to but the New Age grill, or you'll want to do some modifications to the cabinet to fill the gaps you'll see after your grill is installed. I went with a Summerset TRL grill and added some custom stainless steel to fill the gap left by the cabinet's tall cut-out size. Buyer note: the shallow depth of the cabinet makes it hard to fit a grill when the cabinet is placed against a well. Our cabinet arrived with a defective toe-kick that was missing some welding at the factory. Customer support sent out a replacement part promptly.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The freight process is a bit more complicated than what we've all come to expect for small parcels, so it's important that you're prepared and understand what's required of you well before delivery day.

Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
