I love this cabinet line, except on thing. The one hole horizontal mount faucet is terrible. First, it is impossible to find a replacement faucet. All faucets expect single hole top mount or two hole horizontal. So, I'll have to drill a hole for a universal sprayer. I could forgive this design if it folded away compactly and they included a stainless cover to make it a flush counter, but unfortunately the control knob sticks up above counter height even with the arm folded down. So, you can't even do a cutting board cover or something. Terrible, terrible, terrible design.

Having just moved into a new home, I re-bought these cabinets and rebuilt an outdoor set-up that I originally installed 3 years ago. The buyer of my old home was delighted to be left with a quality outdoor product. There are some comments about the grill cabinet not being able to keep out water. There is a simple solution to this as every grill is different... simply make custom closeout panels out of Hardie Board or DUROCK for the front piece under the drip pan of your grill and the back access panel... a cheap and easy solution. a bit of paint and your done and 99.9% waterproofed!

I bought this sink, delivery was great. I had our plumber connect to our water. We also decided to connect a hot water tank( on the advise of my mother and the plumber). However, I have a point of misunderstanding. The video for the sink from NAP shows 2 packed shelves underneath the sink cabinet, but you cannot install 2 shelves underneath the sink once the piping is connected for the faucet. One especially will not be able to store all those items in the video on the only shelf that can be installed. One might be able to connect a shelf that is almost very near the bottom of the sink cabinet, but not 2 shelves like they show in their video, even if my hot water tank is removed. Its possible I don't know understanding the correct setup for the shelves with the installation of the piping for the faucet, it's possible.

I opened my out door kitchen two days ago to find out that not only are they scratched all over but they also do not come with countertops or the accessories on the inside that the website showed. I also ordered an entire garage set up so I hope it's in better shape.

We have installed out 2 gas burner and drawer cabinet and we love it. However, the side of the gas burner is already showing some rust pitting. I understand that our pool is nearby and we cover our kitchen every night for protection. It would be nice if 2 pieces matching the front grove could be added to the side that is without blocking the vents. It would add so much more to this kitchen. Right now it looks a bit inexpensive, to finish the side would make it look like an upscale kitchen unit. Do love it though

We have some New Age cabinets that are 5 years old and look brand new. Quality products. This cabinet matches the rest of the 5 year old cabinets perfectly. It's amazing how well they hold up.

On the positive side, the product shipped in well-protected packaging and arrived in good condition. In addition, overall assembly was pretty easy. My only assembly issue was the fact that 3 of the 4 holes on the New Age cabinet did not line up with the threaded holes in the grill (used to attach the grill to the cabinet).To make matters worse, one of the threaded receivers released inside the grill (so bolt could not be adhered). Although, this really didn't impact functionality of the grill, I certainly expected more based on the price. Overall performance of the grill is average. Really don't see any significant improvement over my Weber.

When will my item arrive?

If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
