This was not ready for propane tank use. Had to make several trips to hardware store to find parts to make connection to propane tank. Hard to assemble once I found parts. Shouldn't have been so difficult.

Hello there! We are very sorry that you had a hard time putting your side burner together. If this purchase was made recently, there is an option to choose propane or natural gas. If this order was placed a while back, your side burner will have came with a propane conversion kit. I bought this set couple on month ago and so far it has been through several heavy rains and hold very well. I was concerned that the rain may get inside but found only a few drops inside probably from drawer sides. Overall quality is very good, thick and sturdy stainless steel, perfectly fit granite countertop. Assembly and adjustment was very easy, very long adjustable screw legs make it possible to place it on very uneven surfaces. Granit countertop though is not solid stone through but seem like a veneer on a stainless steel core. However, I'm not sure if it a downside at all but rather an advantage. Anyway, it looks and feels like solid stone and I'h really happy that I paid some extra for it instead of getting stainless steel top. If I had more space in my yard I would definitely added more units line these ones.

I ordered it February and got it July. If I had not already received and setup the cabinet to hold it I would have canceled the order. They also have some accessories on the web site. I would buy them if they could ship. I like the grill.

We ordered the outdoor kitchen cabinetry (sink, bar cabinet, and two other cabinets) with a bit of trepidation, since there had been some reviews from 2020 that spoke of shipments arriving damaged and poor customer service in getting replacements. But our order was EXTREMELY well packed, shipped promptly, and arrived in perfect condition. So far we are very happy with our cabinetry; appears to be of excellent quality.

We bought this counter a month ago and are currently waiting for the granite countertop so that we can start using it. It was a great addition to the new outdoor grill and patio that we had built. The only issue was we were short one screw to attach the handles. No biggie my husband went and bought one and we were ready to go. Suppose we could have called but this way was much quicker.

Units well packed but double stacked and cheap broken skids made for difficult unpacking. Surfaces well protected but minor score marks left by knife cutting the corners off protective film. Some screws holding unit door hinges stripped and will require repair. Sink unit not yet installed so no functionality test yet.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
