I don't understand how this website can be so bad and how NewAge can be in a place where they are uninterested in customer loyalty. I bought a modular unit expecting to add to it in the future, but the website has a nearly identical listing for two SKUs, and I order the wrong one. Waited the 2 MONTHS for it to arrive to find out it was wrong, offered to pay the difference to correct it but they were utterly unwilling. Congratulations NewAge; you lost a possible long-term customer for a sub-200 dollar mistake.

Uncreate and inspect for damage when received, let mine sit for a while and discovered damage, bent sidewall, after unpacking. The packaging appeared to have no damages.

I would not purchase again unless mounting to lower cabinetry to extend countertop. I bought this item as a freestanding prep and serving table to compliment outdoor kitchen cabinets already purchased from New Age. It is very flimsy and wobbles. In my opinion, the manufacturer should add a lower shelf or an improved bracing feature that would make it more sturdy. Instead of returning it, I ended up drilling a hole in the rear upper rail and screwing it into a wall to fix the issue. It is stabilized, but now is attached to wall and unable to easily relocate for special occasions.

The top had to be removed to accommodate my Grilla Grills Kong. Might need to modify top to re-attach so grill is secure within cabinet. I'd be pretty upset if I found my ceramic Kamado shattered on the ground after a major earthquake here in CA!

High quality product but, my issues are that the doors should allow for attachment on either side of the opening and have removable shelves. The 45 degree cabinet would be perfect for storing a bag of lump charcoal or other bulky items.

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
