I don't know what happen but I used pellets the last two times I cooked and had a sour taste to the food. I thought it was something I was marinade with but I used a different marinade the second time. I threw the pellets out. This is the first time it's happen to me. The first, and last time I tried the signature blend.

We moved to CA earlier this year and I had a Weber Grill in IL. Left it there and decided to "Upgrade" to a Pellet Grill. I have smoked Meatloaf before, but this Treager recipe was easy to make and extremely flavorful. I would highly recommend this grill, Signature Pellets and the "Traeger Kitchen recipes" and there video's.

We recently bought a Traeger smoker and have only used Traeger brand pellets in it. We've tried several flavors and love all of them EXCEPT the signature blend. It's a great flavor but after trying several different bags of the mix, have realized it is the worst one for our grill. The pellets are compressed so poorly that they send sawdust into the burner, sending the sawdust up into the food and causing the grill to shut off. Of course, this also makes it impossible to restart the smoker without taking the entire thing apart. We bought Traeger because of the quality and are so frustrated at the food loss because of these silly pellets.

Items have been out of stock so I do have to wait however they did step up and shipped me three bags of a different flavor which was a pretty amazing thing for a company to do. I am thankful,,, but still want what I ordered..

Thought I would try it. Guess I am just a hickory or mesquite guy. Wasn't bad. Just not my cup of tea. I'm from TX soooo mesquite is my thang..

When will my item arrive?
Once shipped, items usually arrive within 3-5 business days. While UPS and FedEx are our carriers for smaller items, be aware that larger items and orders are shipped via freight. Carriers that schedule delivery appointments require you to be home for delivery and provide your signature. The delivery is made with a semi-truck with lift gate services, and the shipment is dropped off at the curb. If you authorize the shipping company to leave the delivery without a signature, BBQGuys can't be held responsible for damages that occur during delivery. For carriers that deliver without an appointment:
Carriers that deliver without an appointment don't require you to be home or set up a delivery window, and you aren't required to sign for the pallet(s). Instead of scheduling an appointment, arranging your schedule to be home for the delivery, and signing to confirm receipt, you can sit back and let your items come to you. If you're home at the time of the drop-off, you can request the driver place your delivery in the garage; if you're out of the house, the driver will leave it near the garage or doorstep.
